Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

190 days or more: 10% of the cruise price.
Between 190 and 65 days prior to departure: 30% of the cruise price.
Between 65 and 35 days prior to departure: 60% of the cruise price.
35 days or less: 100% of the cruise price

Children Policy

Maximum one child between 5 and 11.99 years old per cabin sharing bed with parents, 30% of double occupancy fare rate (sharing) if staying in a cabin with two adults; and 75% of double occupancy fare rate (sharing) if staying in a cabin with one adult.
Above 12 years old adult rate applied.

Day 1Siem Reap – Koh Chen – Embarkation

9:00: Begin your journey with check-in at FCC Angkor by Avani in Siem Reap, followed by a scenic transfer through the Cambodian countryside to Koh Chen. A lunch stop is included en route before arriving at the pier in the afternoon.

Day 2Kampong Chhnang

Morning

Arrive in Kampong Chhnang, one of Cambodia's oldest riverside towns, renowned for its traditional Khmer pottery and sugar palm production.

Return to Mekong Symphony and enjoy lunch onboard as the ship cruises toward Kampong Tralach, passing tranquil riverside villages and scenic countryside.

Day 3Kampong Tralach – Koh Chen

Meet local monks, receive a traditional water blessing for peace and good fortune, and admire colorful murals depicting scenes from the Buddha's life before returning to the ship by tuk-tuk.

Continue to Koh Chen, a charming island village renowned for its centuries-old bronze and silversmithing traditions.

Enjoy a guided walk through local workshops, where skilled artisans craft beautifully engraved bowls, statues, and ceremonial objects using traditional techniques passed down through generations.

After the excursion, Mekong Symphony sails toward Phnom Penh.
