According to the General Statistics Office of Vietnam, the country welcomed more than 390,000 Australian visitors in 2025, placing Australia among the markets with strong growth and high spending levels among international visitors to Vietnam. Northern Vietnam, in particular, has become increasingly attractive to Australian travelers thanks to its unique combination of heritage, natural beauty, culture, and premium travel experiences.

This famtrip has been designed as a comprehensive showcase of Northern Vietnam tourism, offering Australian travel partners firsthand experiences of the region’s most iconic and distinctive destinations.

In Hanoi, the delegation will explore the cultural depth of Vietnam’s thousand-year-old capital through its Old Quarter, French colonial architecture, vibrant culinary scene, and contemporary Vietnamese fine dining experiences.

The next destination is Ninh Binh - often referred to as “Halong Bay on Land” - home to the Trang An Landscape Complex, a UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage Site.
