This is a must-see location. Well worth the effort. Transportation to and from my hotel in Hanoi was set up in advance. Once we arrived at the departure hall, we were shown to the boat and greeted warmly by the crew. We then embarked on our trip, which was great.

The Amanda Cruise was great. I highly recommend Zoe from Best Price Travel and the Amanda Cruise. We did the 3D2N cruise, which I would recommend as the second day took us further away from other cruise ships to a much quieter location. The seaplane we took was amazing, and I recommend doing this if you can. It made for a very memorable trip.

Mr Dong was an excellent host who accommodated me and my partner really well. I didn't feel that any demands couldn't be granted or that there wasn't an alternative. The timetable was well-planned, with plenty of time to unwind before the next event. The food was excellent, and the service was nice. Would suggest it to couples looking to schedule a cruise, since this one was excellent.

I had an excellent tour today! Tang Binh, our guide, was really nice, helpful, and well-organized throughout the day. We traveled across the beautiful bay in a comfy boat, ate a great lunch on board, and had plenty of time to kayak and swim in the gorgeous scenery. Thong on the cruise was fantastic. He was very attentive as well and took such good care of us and everyone. We love the guide's humor and professionalism!
Our driver in Hanoi and to Halong didn’t speak English, but was very professional and took good care of us.

From the 1 night 2 two-day reservation at Catherine Cruise in Halong Bay to the vehicle from Hanoi to the harbor and back, everything was prepared perfectly. Especially, Jam Nguyen helped me prepare meticulously and kindly after the reservation, and kindly helped me receive the items I left in the car at the hotel. Thank you!

I can't recommend this company, the Scarlet Pearl boat, and especially the President Suite enough. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Huge thanks to Eric and the crew—they were dedicated, thoughtful, and truly made our trip special.

I had some hesitation about the cost of the President Suite, but it turned out to be one of the best vacations we've ever had, from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay. Every detail, booking, payment, and planning, was smooth and professional, including hotel suggestions in Hanoi.
The President Suite was incredibly spacious and far beyond what the photos show. The private deck was a highlight, with two tables, several lounge chairs, and a private hot tub which is easily enough space for 10 people. We celebrated a birthday dinner on the deck with a complimentary bottle of wine and cake such a memorable night! My girlfriend will cherish it forever.
We’re already planning to return with friends. This trip was 100% worth the money.

We had a wonderful experience on our vacation to Halong Bay. Our consultant was really responsive; she even helped us after the cruise. I highly suggest Ms.Zoe! However, the activities during a day trip may be rushed as you only have around 6 hours in the bay.
