We celebrated a special anniversary during the trip, and thanks to her thoughtful arrangements, each hotel surprised us with beautiful flowers or a cake — such a meaningful and personal touch. When we ran into an unexpected visa issue, Rosie resolved it smoothly and reassured us right away, which meant so much.

The hotels were excellent, with fantastic breakfasts, attentive staff and very convenient locations.

Our guides in each destination were exceptional, sharing rich local knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for their culture. Tom in Hanoi, Mr. Tuan in Hoi An, and Mr. Hiep in Ho Chi Minh City through to Chau Doc were true highlights of our journey.

Our driver on the route from Ho Chi Minh City to Chau Doc was professional, careful and incredibly considerate. I especially appreciated his kindness when I felt unwell during the drive. The vehicle was always spotless and thoughtfully prepared with cool water, sweets and tissues.
