Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Child under 5: FOC Sharing bed, meals with parents (max 1 child/cabin). 2nd infant will be charged 50 USD.
- Child from 5 - 11 Years old: 75% sharing bed with parents/ 100% adult rate if using extra bed or single bed
- From 11 above: adults rate.

We are Interested to book this At what time we will be reaching to the Port on second day ?? . As we have flight to catch from Hanoi at 14:55 . so we have to reach Hanoi by 13.00.... !!!

On my 1st trip to Vietnam with my mom, we stayed on a cruise ship for 1 night. First of all, since it was a new ship, it was cleaner and had better facilities than other cruises.
My mom's knees were a bit bad, so it was nice that there was an elevator, and the staff always greeted us with a smile. It was great to enjoy the activity too! Amazing.
One of the best trips during our holiday in Vietnam. The ship is luxurious, our room is pretty with a private balcony. The staff is super nice, they prepare our room for our anniversary. I'll return next year.
