Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Child under 5: FOC Sharing bed, meals with parents (max 1 child/cabin). 2nd infant will be charged 50 USD.
- Child from 5 - 11 Years old: 75% sharing bed with parents/ 100% adult rate if using extra bed or single bed
- From 11 above: adults rate.

We are Interested to book this At what time we will be reaching to the Port on second day ?? . As we have flight to catch from Hanoi at 14:55 . so we have to reach Hanoi by 13.00.... !!!

Hi, If I book your cruise, 2-day 1 night, Extra service, 25-minute Scenic Seaplaney. 1. $255 is the price for a person, right? 2. Can the seaplane done after the cruise? 3. Can we get vegetarian food? no meat or seafood. Could you please let me know and check if that is available on 12 March 2024 for me?

Do you have any Premier Suite left on the 2nd deck? I want to book 2 cabins for our group. The bed should be Twin, not Double. We'll visit Halong on Jan 18 & 19, so 2 days on board.

This cruise meets all of our expectations. The ship is luxurious, and new and has spacious cabins.
There are many entertainment areas on board so we didn't feel bored in the evening. And the activities during the day were fun, too. The 2nd day was much better as we visit less touristy places.
The room is already spacious (40m2) with a private balcony. The boat stops at a point with a beautiful view to spend the night. We were able to enjoy the sunset from the room even in the bathtub!

This is one of the newest ships in Halong Bay. The facilities are brand-new. Our Premier Suite on the 2nd deck was spacious and comfy. The service is amazing. It's just that the bad weather affects the trip a lot. The fog covered the bay so we couldn't enjoy the view.
We'll return next year.
