Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
Morning
7:45 - 8:15: You will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and transferred to Ha Long by a shuttle bus/car (book in the next step with an additional fee). Upon arrival at No. 17, Tuan Chau Marina, the cruise’s receptionists will welcome you to La Casta’s waiting lounge.
11:30 - 12:00: The tender will transfer you to the main boat, taking around 25 minutes. Get onboard and meet up with cruise staff for a welcome drink and safety briefing before starting your journey.
Complete the check-in procedure and get your cabin key. Lunch will be served at the restaurant as the cruise sets sail to Lan Ha Bay.

Afternoon
The first stop is the Ba Trai Dao Area, which features a beach that exudes a beautiful mood and three tiny islets that resemble three enormous peaches floating in the water. You can join in water activities, such as kayaking, swimming, sightseeing, and exploring the area.
Ba Trai Dao is one of the most pristine areas in Lan Ha Bay.
Note: In case of bad weather, for guest safety, Ba Trai Dao Area may be replaced byDark and Bright Cave, famous for its pristine beauty and unique rock formations, where you can kayak or sightsee on a bamboo boat.
After the excursion, we will return to La Casta Cruise for a sunset party. Guests can enjoy Happy Hour—Buy 2, Get 1 Free—with some drinks at the bar from 17:30 to 18:30 onboard while admiring the bay's sunset view.
Additionally, you can participate in a cooking class to learn to prepare some delightful and authentic Vietnamese dishes.
Evening
Spend time savoring a tasty dinner with a lot of fresh food served. After dinner, you can relax on board or participate in various fascinating night activities onboard, such as karaoke, squid fishing, etc.

If you go to Halong Bay without our transfer package, please ensure you'll get on time for the welcome onboard at 11:30 before the cruise departs.
Morning
Begin your day with a Taichi class on the sundeck as the sun rises over Lan Ha Bay. Afterward, have breakfast onboard with tea or coffee while viewing the bay’s limestone islets.
The morning includes a visit to the Tra Bau Area, where you can paddle the kayak to explore the mystical surroundings.
End your journey with an immersive kayaking session in the Tra Bau area.
After the excursion, return to La Casta to pack your belongings, prepare to check out at 9:30, and have a buffet brunch before disembarking at Tuan Chau Harbor by 11:00.
Afternoon
If using our transfer package (book in the next step with an additional fee), the driver will pick you up in the harbor and bring you back to your hotel in Hanoi around 14:30 - 15:00.

La Casta Cruise Halong Bay features an Indochina-inspired design with 22 spacious cabins and a range of luxury amenities across four decks.
On the first deck, there are 11 Junior rooms, each 30m², along with the reception area and a spa room located at the stern.
The second deck includes 05 Senior rooms of 30m² and 02 VIP rooms. The restaurant and indoor bar are also on this deck.
The third deck features 03 Family Triple rooms (40m²) and 01 Presidential Honeymoon Suite (45m2), which boasts the largest balcony located at the bow of the ship. This deck is also home to the sky bar and jacuzzi.

We took the one-night cruise. The boat is fantastic, with a bathtub in the cabin, huge window, and a private balcony. The cuisine was plentiful, varied, and delicious, constantly taking into mind the specifics of each individual's diet. The personnel were quite pleasant (particularly Dong and the massage girl).
Activities do not kill but are optional.
To be honest, we had some issues paying for extra beverages (drinks, massages, etc.) with our cards, but it was quickly resolved.
