Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- All rate apply for child sharing bed with parents
- Free for 1 child under 4 year old.
- From 4 - 7 year old: 50% adult rate.
- From 7 - 11 year old: 75% adult rate.
- From 11 year old count as adult
- In case the parent's room has 02 children under 5 years old sharing the same bed with their parents, the second child will be charged 75% of the price of 1 adult.

About La Casta Cruise
Launched in May 2020, La Casta is an overnight Lan Ha Bay cruise that offers a tranquil experience. It is well-suited for families seeking a peaceful getaway.
Facilities & Deck Plan
Beautifully displayed with 3 decks, La Casta Cruise comprises 22 cabins displaying boutique interiors with oak-wooden walls, all rooms and bathrooms having a sea view and balcony.
Restaurant
The restaurant on the second deck is mellow and elegant, with an area that can accommodate up to 60 seats, all located near the bedroom cabins for more convenience.
Bar
The cruise bar offers a selection of wines and select the best one to compliment your dinner menu in the indoor restaurant.
Sun deck and terrace
The top-deck terrace allows you to relax while watching ever-changing Annamite landscapes streaming through. It is pleasing for both mental and physical health.

Transportation
La Casta Cruise provides comfortable bus services for round trips between Hanoi and Halong.
Transport from Hanoi
The cruise offers door-to-door pick-up to take you from Hanoi Old Quarter, then depart for Halong Bay. Transferring on the highway will take about 3 hours and a half.
Transport from cruise port
Tourists will be welcomed at La Casta Cruise for refreshments before boarding the cruise at 12:30. For those who transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay cruise on their own, please be there before 12:00 to make sure you won't miss the embarking time.

Hi there, I’m looking at the 2 Days and 1 night. I was wondering, is there an option to book a one-way shuttle bus from Ha Long to Hanoi? I can see the option for Halong to Ninh Binh - does this stop by at Hanoi?"

You can choose 1 way Hanoi - Halong, it is same cost for opposite way and take note in the special box that you want the way back.

Hello. Are you able to pick us on directly from our hotel: Hanoi Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel The hotel address is 53-55 Hang Trong, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, 10000 Are you able to provide food that is strictly vegan and gluten free (we have allergies) Do we need to select transportation from the hotel and back to the hotel or is that included in the cabin price?

Bus transfer can pick you up around Hanoi Old Quarter, with special diet please inform the cruise before the trip start. The price for cabin and transfer is already seperate for you

Hi, I want to book a 2d1n cruise on 30 Oct. I will stay with my cousin in Hanoi, so not staying in a hotel. Can you let us know where we should go catch the bus to Halong bay? Could you recommend a hotel in the old Hanoi quarter area for us for pick up?

In summary, worth it but remember to bring a small bottle or two of water per person
We had a great time in Halong. Mr. Tuk is a very enthusiastic and charming guide who explained all the details of each spot. He has extensive knowledge and excellent photography skills.
We enjoyed many vegetarian dishes that filled the table. The cruise quality is excellent, and the coach transfer from our hotel was fantastic. The visit to the caves was a unique and exciting experience.
We appreciated the 2D1N Halong Bay Cruise booked by our agent "Janet." Communication went smoothly, and she ensured that we received the cabin we requested. It was generally well-organized. She also managed to arrange the desired maritime aircraft tour above Halong Bay on time.
Bought the 2-Day Lan Ha & Ha-Long bay 5 star cruise with balcony on Get your Guide and stayed in HP5558 top floor room. It was a HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING experience with the room being infested with COCKROACHES.
Upon telling the staff, he sprayed cockroach spray at every corner of the room and it made… More Bought the 2-Day Lan Ha & Ha-Long bay 5 star cruise with balcony on Get your Guide and stayed in HP5558 top floor room. It was a HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING experience with the room being infested with COCKROACHES.
Upon telling the staff, he sprayed cockroach spray at every corner of the room and it made it worse. Bigger and more cockroaches came out and we saw >10 cockroaches in 1 night.
We messaged Jessica from Get your Guide “24 hour emergency hotline” just to get ghosted till the next morning. She claimed that she was sleeping from 11pm-7am even though it was a 24 hour hotline.
After telling our ship captain Dong the next morning of the infestation, he claimed it was “insect season” even though it was INFESTED with COCKROACHES. Please what a joke! He apologised and offered a 30 USD Compensation + Free airport ride from Hanoi after discussing with Jessica (Which of course we did not accept) as it seemed like he was trying to bribe us for a 5 star review.
At the end of the trip, he kept asking us to do a review even though we clearly looked uncomfortable doing so. He even pressed the “5 star” button himself ????????♀️ luckily it did not go through as we would NOT rate it a 5 star experience.
Other than this horrendous experience, the activities such as light and dark cave was super disappointing (just going through 1 cave that’s it) and cooking class (just wrapping spring rolls). For the price, I would expect more and a better service. Less
