Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

- Children below 5 years old: FOC ( sharing bed ). From 02 children under 5 years old: 85% of adult's rate ( sharing bed )

On the first deck, there is a Reception with 12 Princess Suites which has an area of 45m2 per room.
The second deck is where the La Corona restaurant is located, while the remaining part is for the 5 Princess Premium Suites, 2 Queen Triple Suites & 1 Queen Regent Suite, which cover 45m2, 54m2, and 135m2 respectively.
The third deck features 5 Princess Premium Suites, 2 Queen Triple Suites whilst the two corners are a spa, gym and La Corona restaurant.
The fourth deck has a bar and sundeck for sunbathing, enjoying the panoramic bay view, and Taichi Class.

Regarding drinks, guests will be served 2 complimentary bottles of mineral water with the cruise. Other beverages, such as fruit juice, beer, wine, coffee, cigars, etc., will also be available for you to choose but there will be a service charge.
Alcohol drinks
The wines by glass or cocktails are around US $8.5 to $15 while the bottle is around US $41 - $185 for each. We have a variety of wines from whisky, rum, gin, vodka, etc.
Non-alcohol drinks
In addition, the cruise offers a selection of non-alcoholic beverages known as mocktails, priced at US $7 per glass. Furthermore, there is also fresh fruit juice, smoothies, tea, and coffee ranging from US $2.5 to $8.
Transportation
La Regina Legend Cruise offers a shuttle service utilizing a luxurious 7-seater limousine van to ensure passenger comfort and security during travel. The van is equipped with premium seats, air conditioning, phone chargers, and other amenities, providing a high-class transportation experience for passengers.
Departing from Hanoi
The bus will pick you up at approximately 8:30 from your hotel lobby in Hanoi Old Quarter. You will then be transported directly to Tuan Chau Port in Halong City.
Departing from Tuan Chau Port
You will be taken to the check-in area and instructed to check in. Travelers who move to Cat Ba Island by themselves must arrive at Lot 24, Terminal 2, Tuan Chau Cruise Port before 11:45 to complete check-in and other procedures.

Hi! There's wifi on the cruise ship. However as there are many zones in the bay that are unavailable for connection, also, if the wifi is available, it's quite weak. We suggest you should buy a tourist 4G sim in Vietnam for better connection (Viettel or Vinaphone)
