Cancellation Policy
- For Group under 5 cabins:
- More than 21 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge.
- From 21 to 10 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- From 9 to 7 days prior to check-in: 70% of total rates
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- FREE of charge for child under 5 year old sharing bed & meal with parents. Surcharge for extra bed:
- VND 550,000 in 2 days/1 night.
- VND 770,000 in 3 days/2 night
- In case the parent's room has 02 children under 5 years old sharing the same bed with their parents, the second child will be charged 75% of the price of 1 adult.
- Child from 5 - 11 year old: sharing cabin with parents: 75% adults rate. Only 01 child under 12 years old is allowed to share cabin with parents with surcharged for child rate.
- Child from 12 year old count as adults.

The sights are spectacular, and the staff organizes numerous day trips off the boat to explore and appreciate all that Halong Bay has to offer.
If you're on the fence about booking, I strongly advise you to book with BestPrice Travel. My Uyen was really responsive and offered good rates for us.

It was wonderful to get off the boat for excursions and truly get a feel for Ha Long Bay, while still having time to relax on the boat itself.
