Our guide, Ms. Anh, was extremely knowledgeable and had no problem answering our many questions. We started with a boat trip along the atmospheric Perfume River to the Thien Mu Pagoda, afterwards visiting the tombs of Minh Mang and Khai Dinh. After lunch at a local restaurant, we saw around the extensive Citadel, which contains both the Imperial City walled palace and the war-damaged remains of the Forbidden Purple City. All in all, a fascinating and comprehensive
tour, expertly put together by BestPrice Travel.
