Morning

• Around 8:00: Pick up at your hotel in Saigon and drive to Cai Be pier.
• Upon arrival, disembarks on the Mekong Ecolodge boat and set off to visit Cai Be floating market where you immerse in a special water market and try Mekong Delta fresh fruits, interact with local vendors.
• After floating along the river, we have a chance to watch the process of Com candy craft villagers to make candy nuggets and try this fresh sweet cuisine. 
• And slake with fresh honey tea at a local bee farm. 
• Continue sailing to Tan Phong Island, now is the time to learn about the rich seasonal local's flora in the garden as Durian, Rambutan, Longan, Plum, and Jackfruit,... 
• Take a break with cup of tea, fresh fruits, and listen to a garden folk song performance when visiting Uncle 5 On' house.  
• Say goodbye to Uncle 5, we cruise through the meandering canal into Mekong Ecolodge. A cooking class is open to try your kitchen skill and have lunch with featured dishes of the Delta region.

Afternoon

• Spend time in the gardens, picking free, and enjoying fresh fruit, and flowers such as Apples, Cherry, Guava, Strawbery, Toad, and To Nu jackfruit,...
• Around 13:00: Return to the boat and back to Cai Be pier 
• A shuttle bus will transfer head to Can Tho 

Morning

• Fulfill your energy with breakfast at the hotel and the bus will pick you up and get to Sa Dec town which is a famous floriculture village as well as an ideal place for people who love the rural life of the Southern.
• Visit Tan Hoa communal temple to learn about the long-standing historic national culture.
• Continue driving to Xeo Vat village and join in the brick-creating process, which is made from the clay of Sa Dec's River traditionally. 
• After watching heirloom brick making, now it's time to try your bargaining skill at Sa Dec market and know the varied daily lifestyles of locals.
• Savor local dishes served at the restaurant.  

Afternoon

• This afternoon is the class learning extant Chinese culture in the Mekong Delta which memorizes an exchange culture period.  
• We head to the ancient house of Mr. Huynh Thuy Le - a Chinese trader who adored Marguerite Duras in her youth. That love she wrote a despairing, sensuous novel then adapted to a film of the same name - L'Amant (The Lover).

Note: Mr. Huynh Thuy Le's ancient house is temporarily closed

• The two last spots of the second excursion day are Kien An Cung Pagoda built by Huynh Thuy Le's family for a group of Chinese people living in Sa Dec Town for many generations and Trung Vuong primary school (former Girls' school of Sa Dec) where Marguerite Duras’s mother was the principal. 
• Tonight, we stay overnight at Can Tho Hotel and the rest of leisure time is yours. 

Morning

• Enjoy breakfast at Can Tho Hotel to ready for the last day.
• Leave Can Tho province and drive about 6km to make the way up market at Cai Rang.
• Join bustling activities along the riverbanks as well as how they transport passengers and goods by the waterway.
• Enjoy special lunch on the river 

Afternoon

• Visit a local rice noodle workshop 
• Shuttle bus takes us back to Sai Gon. End of the trip.
