Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

15 days before departure: 10% of total rate
From 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of total rates
From 3 to 6 days before departure: 75% of total rates
Under 3 days before departure: 100% of total rates

Children Policy

One (01) child under 6 years old sharing a cabin with two (02) adults is free of charge. For the second child under 6 years old, 50% of the adult rate will be applied.
For children from 6 to under 12 years old, a 50% rate will be applied for one (01) child sharing a cabin with two (02) adults.
In case two (02) children under 12 years old share one cabin, the rate is 75% of the adult price for each child.
For the third (03) adult using an extra bed/mattress, the rate is 80% of the adult price.
Children from 12 years old and above are charged as adults.

Cruise Itineraries

Day 1Sai Gon - Can Tho - Cai Be

Morning

At 7:30 - 8:00, if you book the transfer service, our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Saigon (district 1 & part of district 3) and transport you to the cruise.

Welcome to the Dragon Eyes Cruise and crews at around 11:30! Enjoy complimentary drinks on the dock before checking into your room.

Lunch will be served on the cruise while taking in the majestic views of Mekong River on both sides.

Afternoon

Take a guided excursion to a rural village or through the lush greens of orchards and rice fields, immersing yourself in the scenic beauty surroundings. Explore the local culture and landscape by interacting with locals.

Turn back to the ship for cocktail drinks and relish a breathtaking sunset view from the boat's deck.

Evening

Dinner with Vietnamese traditional cuisine will be prepared onboard. Stay overnight on board.

Day 2Cai Be - Tan Phong Islet

Morning

In the morning, enjoy a delightful breakfast with tea while the ship navigates the waterways.

Then, passengers will embark on a rowing sampan adventure to explore the charming small canals.

Witness the enchanting traditional performance of "Don Ca Tai Tu" while sailing and walking to a homade handicrafts on Tan Phong Islet. Situated in the middle of the Tien River, this area receives abundant alluvium annually, resulting in lush and verdant fruit trees throughout the year.

Then, we take a bicycle ride along back roads or a leisurely walk through a rural village nestled along the Mekong Canal. Later, we will re-embark on the cruise and eat lunch on board.

In the afternoon, our cruise will anchor at a shore for a short visit. We visit a rural village and interact with local people, immersing ourselves in daily life here.

Back on board to relax, then have dinner and stay overnight on board.

Day 3Can Tho - Cai Rang Floating Market - Sai Gon

Morning

After our group enjoys a leisurely breakfast, the check-out process will be done at 8:00. Bid farewell to our dedicated crew members and proceed with the excursion to the Cai Rang floating market aboard a long sampan.

Nestled in the heart of the Mekong Delta, Vietnam, Cai Rang Floating Market is famous for its boat trade with fruits, vegetables, and local products converging on the river.

We will start the departure to Saigon at 11:00. Have lunch en route (only included for those passengers using the transfer service)

Afternoon

After lunchtime, we continue the trip back to Saigon, dropping off at your hotel at around 16:30. Your journey ends.

Day 1Sai Gon - Cai Be - Can Tho

Morning

08:00 - 08:30: Pick-up from your hotel in central Saigon (District 1 and parts of District 3, for guests using the transfer service).

11:30: Arrive at the pier and board Dragon Eyes Cruise. After a warm welcome and check-in, set sail on your first panoramic cruise along the legendary Mekong River. Sit back and enjoy the scenic view of the peaceful countryside.

Afternoon & Evening

Later, a delicious lunch will be served on board as you watch river life unfold.

Afterward, join your guide for a leisurely walk through a charming rural village, wandering amidst lush orchards, vast rice paddies, and traditional homes. Let's learn about daily life along the delta and meet residents.

Return to the boat in time to refresh and enjoy the golden sunset from the sundeck with a drink in hand. Then, we savor a delightful dinner on board, then relax to the tranquil rhythm of the river. Overnight on board.

Day 2Can Tho - Cai Rang Floating Market - Cai Be

Morning

Wake up to the gentle flow of the river. Begin the day with a morning cruise and a tea or coffee break on the deck as the delta slowly comes alive.

Then, we step onto a traditional long sampan to explore the famous Cai Rang floating market, one of the largest and most colorful in the Mekong. Experience the vibrant trading culture as boats laden with tropical fruits and produce weave across the waterways.

Back on board, the ship continues the journey downstream with a panoramic cruise and freshly prepared lunch.

Afternoon & Evening

We set out on a leisurely village walk, where we can discover more about the traditions, handicrafts, and warm hospitality of the Mekong Delta.

Return to the cruise vessel around dusk and be ready for dinner under the stars. Overnight on board.

Day 3Cai Be - Tan Phong Islet - Sai Gon

Morning & Afternoon

You can begin the morning with another relaxing cruise and beverage service, taking in the serene atmosphere of the river.

08:00: After check-out, visitors board a rowing sampan to explore the narrow canals of Tan Phong Islet. Then, visit local families crafting handmade products and gain insight into their time-honored traditions.

For the more active, travelers can enjoy a bicycle ride through winding backroads or a gentle walk along the Mekong canal-side villages.

11:00: Disembark and begin your return journey to Saigon. Lunch will be served en route (for guests using the transfer service).

Approximately 15:30, we arrive back in Saigon with cherished memories of your three-day voyage through the heart of the Mekong Delta.

WOW! What a fantastic experience! A "speed boat" picked us up on the river and took us through the Vietnam and Cambodia borders. We spent a night in Phnom Penh and visited the genocide museum.
