There were not many things to complain about, maybe the fitness center could have more equipment, and the drink price could be lower.

I went on a 2 days trip on Heritage Cruises. It was fabulous and worth the time and money I spent. The service, meals, and cabin were all good.
The aircon and facilities in the waiting areas could be improved. Waiting for others to join the shuttle bus waste so much time, it’s understandable but it still annoys me.

I had a 2 days trip to Halong Bay. This cruise had excellent facilities with good maintenance. The staff was good with fantastic hospitality. Amazing excursion. Good food.
However, I didn't like the taste of coffee. My room key is broken. So I can’t lock my room and have to call the staff to fix it.
