Excellent guide and drivers, the cruise we booked was great. We booked with Hang Moon, who was easy to communicate with; all the meals in the restaurant were superb.

1) Why do we need to stop at the toilet/food/ drink shop 20 minutes each way - it makes it feel like a sales pitch and not a paid-for experience when paying for the transport.

Everything else went relatively smoothly (a few hiccups here and there), but the food was a disappointment, as it was mostly overcooked and everything was cold.
But the ship in itself was very nice.

We had a great holiday in Halong Bay and thoroughly enjoyed it. My Uyen was excellent throughout both at the pre-trip planning stage and when we were there. She kept in regular contact, notified us of any last-minute changes, and was very responsive and understanding. Thank you, My Uyen. We had a fantastic trip!

The trip to Halong Bay was one of the best memories in Vietnam.
Janet (our travel agent) helped us make our trip fantastic and memorable, including our anniversary celebration. She was always listening to our travel plan and preferences in sightseeing and would accompany us as needed.
She even upgraded our cruise room for our anniversary. She is the best!

An excellent 4 day/3 night trip on the Lyra Grandeur Halong Bay trip. My Uyen at BestPrice Travel and the cruise business provided excellent customer service. The meals and tours were great, and the cruise ship was really clean. An excellent way to explore Halong Bay.

Peony cruise genuinely was fantastic. The boat was wonderful, and the crew was really kind and knowledgeable. I was quite pleased with the dinner quality. Something I strongly recommend to others.
