We had the Legacy suite with the bathtub in the room. That's a first for me! Food is amazing! Excursions are a little crowded but still beautiful. Highly recommend this trip!

The ship started its engines early, so we were up extremely early. We were informed three times that the cave tour would soon begin; one time would have been enough.
There were no harsh criticisms or anything along those lines; these were really minor issues.
Overall, the vacation was a great experience, and we were quite pleased with it! Fantastic scenery, excellent and welcoming service, and almost flawless planning, including communication before the trip, transportation, etc. Less

The boat was amazing, and it had a special touch of real blooming plants on board. I prefer smaller, more genuine boats to large, impersonal cruise ships since, in my view, they don’t fit the scenery in Ha long bay.

The boat was amazing, and it had a special touch of real blooming plants on board. I prefer smaller, more genuine boats to large, impersonal cruise ships since, in my view, they don’t fit the scenery in Ha long bay.
Everyone on board was really nice, helpful, polite, and pleasant.
The only drawback was that there was too much food—we couldn't finish it all, so they had to discard a good amount—but the meal was great, diverse, and fresh for vegetarians as well.
The activities were fantastic, just as I had anticipated, and a lot of fun with the children (two teenagers).
Nguyen was the most charming guide; he gave it his all, was passionate, and provided clear explanations of everything. Oh, and the room was fantastic—no complaints at all—and I slept well on the serene sea.
Overall, 10 out of 10, and really nothing to improve! Less

Our suite was lovely and ideal for a family of four, and the day tours and water activities were excellent. There are so many great aspects! This was unfortunate because the ship was five stars, but the food was only three stars. The staff worked really hard, and the service was excellent. On the first night, we also experienced some noise above our room for many hours after 11 p.m., which was caused by a laptop that was connected to a speaker and playing music. When I brought this up to the staff the second night, they went up around 11 p.m. and turned off the music. They did say sorry and give us 2 water bottles as a gift to say sorry, this was very kind of them. Less

All the food on the cruise was delicious, and there was plenty, and also lots of variety. We found there was a great balance of activities and relaxation on such a short cruise. Finally, a special thank you to Zoe at BestPrice Travel, who went above and beyond.

I chose this cruise expecting a true Ha Long Bay experience, taking us deep into the bay and away from the city. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. We remained quite close to the mainland, with city lights clearly visible at night, which took away from the whole experience.

What was also disappointing was that we were not informed that the boat returns to port each day. When booking a two-night cruise, the expectation is a more immersive, overnight sailing experience, not something that feels partially docked or near port. Less
