My family and I thoroughly loved the trip. The greatest part was undoubtedly the accommodation and the staff. The nice pool, beautiful view, and nice bed made the stay enjoyable. The crew staff were excellent since they were kind and would promptly respond to any requests. They were also really kind. I would definitely suggest this vacation!
The whole cruise went well thanks to the cruise manager and Ms. Rosie - my travel assistant. The food was nice, especially dinner with a set menu.
I regret not booking a 3-day cruise as 2 days is too short.
The food is mainly Vietnamese-style, with good flavors and ingredients, especially the seafood, which is quite fresh.
The buffet has a variety of Asian and European dishes; as the boat is new, the target customer base hasn't been clearly defined yet.

We took the Diana boat cruise, two days, one night. The meals were buffet style and offered an endless choice of dishes, both local and international, including vegetarian options. The staff was courteous but overwhelmed. Putting up a snakeline, like at the airport checkpoints, would reduce the crowding.
A pretty nice cruise. New and large. We stay in the Ocean Balcony room; it was spacious with a pretty big private balcony. The activities were relaxing. You can choose to stay on board if you don't want to participate.
Overall a good cruise.
Seems like the cruise has returned to Halong Bay. The service is still good, as I went with my friends two years ago. This time I went with my family; the kids love everything. Very nice!

This is a mid-size boat, so it's not crowded, creating a comfortable experience.
Activities are on schedule. However, the itinerary is quite common, lacking any unique features. The guide to Sung Sot Cave needs improvement in providing information to guests during the cave tour.
