Thanks to Best Price Travel and the amazing Hang Moon. throughout the trip, Moon was with us every step of the way. Her communication was outstanding, staying in touch via WhatsApp and ensuring every part of our trip ran smoothly. The itinerary was well organised and balanced, covering all the highlights of Vietnam. Every detail, from airport transfers to hotel check-ins, tours, and internal transport was perfectly timed and stress free. The 4-star hotels we stayed in were fantastic, all including buffet breakfasts that exceeded our expectations. Lunches (when included) were set menus at reputable restaurants, giving us a real taste of Vietnamese cuisine. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, polite, and gave us plenty of time to explore and enjoy at our own pace. When our overnight Halong Bay cruise was unfortunately cut short due to bad weather, Best Price Travel quickly organised a private car to return us to our hotel without any delays. A refund was processed for the activities we missed was organised by our agent Moon. This was a hassle free experience, run by honest, professional people who really care about their clients. You can do the night train and take 2 days tour in Sapa, after that comeback to Hanoi for one night and Halong Bay for 2 day 1 night

For sapa transfer, there is sleeper bus and limousine bus will available if you don't want to go by train. For fansipan trip, you can go with add-on ticket

The cruise ship itself is beautiful, the rooms are luxuriously furnished, and the view from the room/bathroom was impressive (direct view of the bay). The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and always tries to fulfill special requests. The food on the ship was also excellent. Food intolerances were also taken into account.

2. On the transport from Sapa to Hanoi, there is a strong smell of smoke inside the vehicle. It has caused me to cough continuously and have difficulties breathing. It is making the journey very uncomfortable. I do hope that the company can reinforce the non-smoking measures or check the vehicle.
