We are a couple wanting to book your shuttle bus service from Hanoi (Meritel Hanoi Hotel) to Sapa (Hotel de la Coupole) 7.00 am 15 October. We wish to return from Sapa 18 October to Hanoi Airport for a flight check in at 9.00 am. Can you arrange an earlier service from Sapa than your 7.30 am scheduled departure so we can meet our flight ? Thanks Peter

If you need to back before 7:40 AM, you should take the night bus leaving 22:00 from Sapa, arrive Hanoi about 5AM.

Hello, My family of 5 (4 adults and 1 9yo child) are planning to travel from Hanoi to Sapa on July 13th on an overnight trip, and therefore would like to consider a bus with a bed for a comfortable sleep and one that is equipped with a toilet. On the way back Sapa to Hanoi will be July 15th also on the night schedule, and the same accommodations. And is it possible to be dropped off at Noi Bai Intl Airport for us to catch an 8:00 AM flight? Please let me know if this is feasible, or what options are open for us to take. Thank you, Rose

Sure! We can help you to arrange transfer with night sleeping bus as your request. Pls note that due to your request, the sleeping bus will stop quite early at the Noi Bai International airport - around 2 a.m. so you have to stay at the airport for abt 6 hours until your flight departure.

We will want to visit Hanoi from Sapa half day tour visiting Sapa Dragon Glass bridge. This is our main attraction. Then rice terrace. Two person. Is this possible into your half day tour package?? Kindly let me know. Our accepting date is 24 April 2023.

It is impossible to do half day trip to Sapa from Hanoi. It almost take 6 hours transfer/way.
You shoul do at least 2 days trip.

Good day, My husband and I would like to book return tickets Hanoi to Sapa and back. I am unable to enter the return date, though. Should I book separate tickets for Hanoi to Sapa and Sapa back to Hanoi? (PS We would like to go to Sapa on Saturday, 29 April and come back on Wednesday, 3 May.) With my thanks, Paula
