Koh Madsum

Overview of Koh Madsum

Koh Madsum or Koh Tan is a small island in the Samui Archipelago, which consists of about 69 islands. It is just a few minutes boat ride from the south side coast of Koh Samui. The island is a paradise with a lovely beach, friendly pigs. These pigs arrived in Koh Madum swimming across the sea from the neighboring Koh Taen.

The island is a great stop for a day trip which is off the beaten path from Koh Samui. If you want to experience the loneliness of Koh Madsum, you can stay overnight on the island. There is only a resort in the middle of the island called Treasure Koh Madsum for overnight stay.
