Perfume River

A visit to Hue would not be complete without a boat excursion on the gentle Perfume River, or else you cannot feel the romance of Hue. Perfume River - Ngu Binh Mountain is considered the symbol of the romantic nature of Hue. A wide and impressive waterway, it gets its name from the thousands of herb plants upstream. In the autumn as the blossoms fall into the river and float downstream, the scent created gives the river a perfumed aroma and the name was created. This is a delightful river throughout its length. Bright blue clear water flows through lush green countryside, passing delightful villages before entering the sea.
