The cruise ship itself is beautiful, the rooms are luxuriously furnished, and the view from the room/bathroom was impressive (direct view of the bay). The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and always tries to fulfill special requests. The food on the ship was also excellent. Food intolerances were also taken into account.
The organization of the various excursions was perfect and impressive despite the not-so-great weather. The tour guide also looked after us very well. We had a lot of fun with everything. Less

The guide to the Cat cat village is good and her explanation is thorough and clear . The guide for the trekking doesn’t give much explanation nor tell us the option. It drizzled along the way and the trek was very muddy and slippery, not to mention very steep. It was not an easy trek. Some of us slipped and most of our shoes were covered with mud. Fortunately no major incident happened. She should have checked the comfort level of the participants before proceeding.
The guide for the cruise is professional and knowledgeable. He provided a lot of explanation and historical information. He also tried to avoid the crowded period but the beach is still too packed. We appreciate his considerations and thoroughness. Less
