Embark on a captivating exploration as you journey to the South Gate, the first attraction is the maleficent Angkor Thom complex. 

You are allowed to experience an elephant ride within 15 - 20 minutes along the way to the Bayon temple, unveiling the distinctive architecture of this ancient site, characterized by numerous enigmatic stone faces carved into the temple's towers.

Heading towards the north, Royal Enclosurewould be easily recognized by its square-shaped walls. Inside this walled area, there are various structures, including ponds, gates, and a raised platform that was likely used for royal ceremonies.

Continuing your odyssey through the center of the complex, we meet a pyramid-shaped temple - Phimeanakas. The temple is relatively small compared to some of the other structures in the Angkor complex, but it has distinctive architectural features.

There are the Elephant Terraceand Leper King Terracewhich stand next to each other. Despite close proximity to each other and sharing a royal and ceremonial context, they serve different purposes and exhibit different architectural styles

Our sightseeing tour will conclude with a visit to the enchanting jungle temple, Ta Prohm. The temple's appearance in the blockbuster film “Tomb Raider” contributed to its popularity and recognition nowadays.

Afterward, a satisfying lunch awaits passengers at a local restaurant.
