- 1 Whole fish, about 2 lbs, cut up to steak size.
- 6 Cups of water.
- 1/2 Fresh pineapple
- 1 large can chunk pineapple.
- 1/2 lb Fresh okra.
- 6 oz frozen whole okra.
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Knorr tamarind Soup base powder
- 3 Tablespoon sugar.
- 2 Tablespoon fish sauce.
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt.
- 1 Tablespoon cooking oil.
- 2 Gloves garlic, crushed.
- 1 Stalk lemon grass.
- 1/4 lb Bean sprouts
- 1 Stalk celery. Chopped.
- 2 Tomatoes, cut ½ inch slices.
- 2 Stalks of Asian rhubarb, sliced thin.
- 1 Cup chopped mix herbs (rice paddy herb(ma-om), sweet basil, saw leaf herb, and green onion leaf).

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp yellow kroeung
- 300 g beef tenderloin medium-sliced two-bite pieces
- 3 tbsp cooking oil

- 2 tbsp fish sauce and/or 1 tbsp prahok
- 1 tbsp tamarind paste (optional)
- 1 tbsp salt

- Make your own or buy Khmer yellow herb/spice paste called Kroeung Samlor Machou at local stores.

- Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and put in the golden kroeung, and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Fry marinated beef in a pan. Then move to the soup pot
- Put 4 cups of broth in a pot and add the whole morning glory leaves and half a stem of water spinach. Put the remaining water spinach in a blender with a little water, then pour it into the pot.

- 2 C water or chicken stock
- 4 C greens
- Cane sugar to taste (optional)

- Heat a pan of oil, add the kroeung, and stir so it doesn't burn.
- After fragrant for about 3-4 minutes, pour in coconut milk and fish sauce.
- Add salt and let the broth boil for 5 minutes.
- Add long beans and eggplant. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes until the coconut water is reduced and the vegetables are tender. Continue to pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
- Place fish over vegetables and reduce heat to simmer over low heat. If until the fish is main and easily separated with a fork.
