The Assembly Hall was built in the 18th century a place for the seafaring merchants to rest, have meetings, and worship. The main altar of this assembly hall is dedicated to one of the legendary Chinese military generals called Quan Cong. Mi Quang includes rice noodles, shrimp (pork, chicken, fish, beef – depending on different people), herbs, and a small amount of broth. This food stall adds some has a secret recipe for this dish, making it one of the best spots in Hoian for Quang noodle.

3. Banh Mi Phuong

Very close to Mi Quang di Hat is Banh Mi Phuong, 2B Phan Chu Trinh Street. It is the place you should not miss. The bread here is famous throughout Vietnam. Banh mi is something similar to a sandwich, but different from the sandwich in its crispy but ultra-soft baguette. Banh mi Phuong has yummy fillings and special accompaniments. The soul of ‘banh mi’ lies in the heart of the sandwich: the fillings and accompaniments. It gets international quality but at a reasonable price.
