Sri LankaNov 4, 2026I had an absolutely amazing experience booking my cruise through BestPrice Travel. From the very beginning, everything was handled professionally, smoothly, and stress-free. Everything was clear, well-organized, and perfectly arranged. Having someone like Janet taking care of the details made the whole experience so much more relaxing and completely stress-free. A huge thank you to BestPrice Travel, and especially to Janet, for making my cruise experience so smooth and stress-free. Your service was truly appreciated!
United StatesNov 4, 2026Our family of 5 was looking for a cruise adventure, and Rosie Nhung at BestPrice Travel truly obliged. Everything worked smoothly; hotels, food and transport were well organised and of good quality. With it being a family holiday, we were a bit concerned about suitability for the children, but this was unfounded. We were kayaking, swimming, as well as going on an overnight cruise. The children loved it.
South AfricaNov 3, 2026Our travel agent, Hang Moon from BestPrice Travel, was fabulous from start to finish. She arranged EVERYTHING on our behalf, including flight tickets, hotel accommodation, transport, and excursions. She was a message away and responded very quickly to any queries or changes we requested. Would highly recommend Hang Moon.
United StatesNov 3, 2026We did the 3 day/2 night cruise on Heritage Line Cruises and booked with Ms. Mia Nguyen through BestPrice Travel. Mia perfectly coordinated everything for us and made the trip run seamlessly.
BelgiumNov 3, 2026Amazing landscape, very kind and helpful staff, delicious food, beautiful and plentiful food, nice activities, clean room, comfortable bed, super view from the bed, bath, shower, terrace. Maybe the morning tai chi could be longer, with more explanation.
AustraliaOct 30, 2026The agent Rosie Nhung was very communicative, upgraded our room, and made sure everything was perfect. Kept us in the loop about the transfers. The Halong Bay cruise was great; I would recommend.
United KingdomOct 30, 2026After booking with BestPrice Travel, Moon supported us on WhatsApp and made everything easy, answering all our questions. Glad we did the 3 days and 2 nights, which was well worth it… the excursions were not too bad. Unfortunately, the water for kayaking had lots of rubbish in it, but that’s nothing to do with the company or boat; just sad to see it like this.
United StatesOct 30, 2026Ms. Anna was always in communication, and all questions were answered. When I’m in Vietnam, I know who to book with for my next spot.
United StatesOct 27, 2026We enjoyed every minute of the trip. The food was abundant and high quality, and the bar was well equipped. The 2 nights /3 days were enjoyable, and we can absolutely recommend your company and the boat.
