Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 10 to 4 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 4 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Free of charge for child below the age of 5 years old traveling with parents limiting to one child traveling with two adults. Part A can not guarantee the availability of a cot.
- Child from 5 to 12 year’s old sharing cabin with two adults on mattress is charged at child rate, limiting to one child per cabin only.
- Two children below 12 sharing a private cabin are charged at 75% of full cabin rate
- Child from the age of 13 must solely occupy a cabin and pay full cabin rate

The entire cruise was quite friendly, and the activities really highlighted Ha Long Bay's beauty. Particularly Mr. Anthony, the server on the Hera cruise, who truly made the entire experience. He made us laugh and always had a smile on his face, making us feel at home on this ship.
We had a true experience with Wonder of the World with Hera Cruise. They are amazing, with delicious food, majestic scenery, and a polite cruise team. I have nothing to complain about!
The Cruise is nice , good food and beautiful scenery. it’s unbelievable fantastic when we sat at our balcony with our wine and some light music . Myself , Philip and Joseph have a very good time on the cruise. The only setback was , we waited more than an hour for the transport to take us back to our hotel.
