Cancellation Policy
- More than 45 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 45 to 30 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 29 to 20 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- From 19 to 15 days prior to check-in: 70% of total rates
- Less than14 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

After spending time on two other boats, I went on another tour and discovered nothing compares to the Melody cruise. Very spacious cabins with a private balcony, a bath with a water view, fantastic gourmet meals, and excellent service from manager Kevin and his staff make this an outstanding experience. The melody cruise is the best choice if you want that extra-special private experience.
Excellent in every way. The cabins are cozy and secluded, and the bathroom views the bay. 5-star dining—pleasant and heartwarming customer service. I heartily endorse a two-night trip across Halong Bay. Try Tai Chi, go kayaking, and have a glass on the open-air terrace while taking in the scenery. It must be done.
We had a great time in Halong Bay, and the crew was polite and helpful. My wife is allergic to seafood, so the restaurant suggested us Vietnamese-style meat dishes, which were delicious!
The main request when we chose the cruise is that comfortable and private, and this amazing cruise has it all. We were very satisfied with our trip. The meals and activities such as karaoke on board and squid fishing were interesting!
