Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- The rate for children is applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults on a mattress.
- Children from 05 - 11: Stay with parent 75% adult rate. Not Apply for Family Terrace Suite & Family Premium Terrace Suite
- Children under 05: Stay with parent FOC
- Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin

Transportation
You can arrive at Tuan Chau Port by a private car service with a driver or a shuttle bus. Please contact the booking agent if you want to book transportation.
- Transport from Hanoi: You will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter around 8:00 - 08:30, and take the new highway to Tuan Chau - Ferry Terminal - Halong City.
- Transport from cruise port: After arriving at the pier, you will be welcome to embark on the cruise at around 12:00.

- There are 9 TWIN rooms at Nostalgia and 1 double room so I think it good for your group.
- Yes boat can accommodate every special diet requirement.
- If you flight out same day of cruise you should book flight later than 17:00 for domestic and 18:00 for international because you can get to airport at 15:00.

The boat was beautifully designed and provided a fantastic opportunity to explore Halong Bay up close. Green and David stood out as particularly wonderful staff members, although the entire team was nice and friendly. The room was comfortable and provided a pleasant stay. While the food was not exceptional, it was still enjoyable.
