Cancellation Policy
- 120 days or more: 10% of the cruise price.
- Between 119 and 61 days prior to departure: 20% of the cruise price.
- Between 60 and 31 days prior to departure: 60% of the cruise price.
- Between 30 and 21 days prior to departure: 80% of the cruise price.
- 20 days or less: 100% of the cruise price
Children Policy
- -The only possibility for triple use is in Terrace Suite (we add an extra bed in the cabin). The rate for the third passenger is an adult (the two adults pay normal rate).
- -If a child under 18 years old share a twin cabin with an adult, the rate for the child is 75% of an adult.
- - If two children share a cabin, the rate is 60% per children on the net rate cabin.

- In case of low waters, it may happen that navigation on the Tonle Lake wouldn’t be possible for the RV Mekong Prestige. If that occurs, a fast boat or a coach will assure the link with the other bank of the lake where the embarkation on the RV Mekong Prestige will take place according to the cruise direction. Furthermore, all the aforementioned cruising schedule and program timing are indicative and subject to modification.

RV Mekong Prestige II Cruise has 3 main decks with high-class facilities and staterooms:
Main deck provides 16 guest rooms, a spacious lounge, and a reception area.
Upper deck has the remaining 16 cabins, 02 spa rooms, and the restaurant.
The Sundeck is a wonderful spot to relax with a panoramic pool, many sun loungers, chairs, and tables for passengers to chill out.

1. which Boat is used for this trip and can we see pictures of the boat and accommodations? I'd like more specific information about the boat 2. What time are we dropped off at Siem Reap Airport at the end of the tour? 3. Is there one tour company hosting the cruise and a second tour company hosting the non-cruise portion? Or is this more than two tour companies?

The Mekong cruise is a great way to explore the local culture, very interesting.
