Cancellation Policy
- 120 days or more: 10% of the cruise price.
- Between 119 and 61 days prior to departure: 20% of the cruise price.
- Between 60 and 31 days prior to departure: 60% of the cruise price.
- Between 30 and 21 days prior to departure: 80% of the cruise price.
- 20 days or less: 100% of the cruise price
Children Policy
- -The only possibility for triple use is in Terrace Suite (we add an extra bed in the cabin). The rate for the third passenger is an adult (the two adults pay normal rate).
- -If a child under 18 years old share a twin cabin with an adult, the rate for the child is 75% of an adult.
- - If two children share a cabin, the rate is 60% per children on the net rate cabin.

- In case of low waters, it may happen that navigation on the Tonle Lake wouldn’t be possible for the RV Mekong Prestige. If that occurs, a fast boat or a coach will assure the link with the other bank of the lake where the embarkation on the RV Mekong Prestige will take place according to the cruise direction. Furthermore, all the aforementioned cruising schedule and program timing are indicative and subject to modification.

This is like a twin with the main deck above full of facilities at the same, the only difference is the location on the Upper Deck. Therefore, this cabin will provide you with a more stunning overview panorama of the Mekong River

1. which Boat is used for this trip and can we see pictures of the boat and accommodations? I'd like more specific information about the boat 2. What time are we dropped off at Siem Reap Airport at the end of the tour? 3. Is there one tour company hosting the cruise and a second tour company hosting the non-cruise portion? Or is this more than two tour companies?

What a memorable journey. We booked the package from Siem Reap to Saigon from Ms. Moon for eight days. She was very lovely, supported us clearly, and replied very fast. The trip had a lot of great activities. We explored many amazing things, such as the floating market.

In February 2023, two other groups and I traveled downstream on a Mekong River tour, but the boat wasn't completely full. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the boat is very comfortable. The planned excursions and visits were first-rate, and the English-speaking tour guides were quite knowledgeable. A top-notch tour.
