  • Field crab (or fish, snail, pork)
  • Rice vermicelli
  • Tofu
  • Ground pork/beef
  • Tomatoes
  • Vinegar, star-fruits
  • Shrimp paste, red onion, green onion, coriander
  • Vegetables: banana flower, lettuce, marjoram, basil
  • Pepper, seasoning, fish sauce, sugar, cooking oil
