My wife and I recently completed a 12-day tour of Vietnam, travelling from North to South, and it was an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Best Price Travel and the amazing Hang Moon. throughout the trip, Moon was with us every step of the way. Her communication was outstanding, staying in touch via WhatsApp and ensuring every part of our trip ran smoothly. The itinerary was well organised and balanced, covering all the highlights of Vietnam. Every detail, from airport transfers to hotel check-ins, tours, and internal transport was perfectly timed and stress free. The 4-star hotels we stayed in were fantastic, all including buffet breakfasts that exceeded our expectations. Lunches (when included) were set menus at reputable restaurants, giving us a real taste of Vietnamese cuisine. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, polite, and gave us plenty of time to explore and enjoy at our own pace. When our overnight Halong Bay cruise was unfortunately cut short due to bad weather, Best Price Travel quickly organised a private car to return us to our hotel without any delays. A refund was processed for the activities we missed was organised by our agent Moon. This was a hassle free experience, run by honest, professional people who really care about their clients. Good service, good food, and amazing landscape
We had super chill time in Hue and Hoi An. We visited some attractions but mostly just wander around and relax at the hotel.
Hoi An is really interesting.
The driver accidentally took us to the wrong terminal, so we had to walk to the correct one. Next time, it's important for drivers to double-check the drop-off location. On a positive note, the resort we stayed at was fantastic, with a beautiful private pools, attentive staff, and delicious breakfast options. Plus, the locals were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home.
For this Hue/Hoi An tour, we particularly enjoyed Mr. Luc Nguyen because he knows everything about the past of Hue and Hoi An. He is also very amiable, pleasant, and understanding of our needs.
We enjoyed the "eco discovery" tour in Hoi An. We had a great experience with the tour guide Tan in Hue/Hoi An, who was both charismatic and genuine. We hope that he, all the tour guides and drivers, and travel agent are paid well or reimbursed well for their exceptional services.
