Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- All rate apply for child sharing bed with parents
- Free for 1 child under 4 year old.
- From 4 - 7 year old: 50% adult rate.
- From 7 - 11 year old: 75% adult rate.
- From 11 year old count as adult
- In case the parent's room has 02 children under 5 years old sharing the same bed with their parents, the second child will be charged 75% of the price of 1 adult.

Transport from Hanoi
The cruise offers door-to-door pick-up to take you from Hanoi Old Quarter, then depart for Halong Bay. Transferring on the highway will take about 3 hours and a half.
Transport from cruise port
Tourists will be welcomed at La Casta Cruise for refreshments before boarding the cruise at 12:30. For those who transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay cruise on their own, please be there before 12:00 to make sure you won't miss the embarking time.

You can choose 1 way Hanoi - Halong, it is same cost for opposite way and take note in the special box that you want the way back.

Are you able to pick us on directly from our hotel: Hanoi Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel The hotel address is 53-55 Hang Trong, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, 10000 Are you able to provide food that is strictly vegan and gluten free (we have allergies) Do we need to select transportation from the hotel and back to the hotel or is that included in the cabin price?
