Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Free of charge for 1 child under 05 years old sharing EVERYTHING with parents. The second child will be charged 75% of the price of 1 adult.
- Children equal to or from 5 years old to under 10 years old sharing a room and bed with parents, are charged 75% of the price of 01 adult
- Children from 10 years old or older, are charged as adults.

Day 1Hanoi - Tuan Chau Cruise Port - Luon Cave - Titop Island
Morning
8:00 - 8:30: Our driver will pick you up at your hotel or meeting point in Hanoi Old Quarter (book in the next step with an additional fee).
Upon arrival at the Aquamarine check-in lounge on Tuan Chau Island, you will have time to relax and complete the check-in around 11:30 - 12:00.
After embarkation, let’s enjoy a welcome drink and lunch at the onboard restaurant while the cruise manager provides an overview of the itinerary and safety procedures.
Afternoon
Start the first visit to Luon Cave, one of the most well-known water caves in Halong Bay. You may learn about majestic stalactites and the pristine beauty of the cave on a kayak or bamboo boat.
You will visit Titov Island, where you may swim on the beach or go to the peak for a breathtaking view of the bay.
Back onboard, you can spend time enjoying the lovely sunset over the bay and enjoy Happy Hour - Buy 2 Get 1 Drink from 17:30 to 18:30 at the bar.
Afterwards, a Vietnamese cooking lesson is open for everyone to learn how to make spring rolls, a traditional Vietnamese dish.
Evening
Be ready for a dinner served with a set menu at the restaurant aboard. Explore the nightlife of Halong Bay from the sundeck and unwind with cocktails at the bar, night squid fishing, and mini-games.

Day 2Lan Ha Bay - Dark & Bright Cave - Ba Trai Dao - Pearl Farm
Morning
Start the day with a Tai Chi session and watch the sunrise, followed by a light breakfast.
It’s time to transfer to a day boat for the second-day excursion to Lan Ha Bay and have a stop at Dark & Bright Cave, a perfect place for kayaking amidst the amazing landscape.
Return to the boat to have lunch on the day boat while sailing through the hidden treasure of Ha Long Bay - Cat Ba Archipelago, where you can admire the breathtaking surroundings.
Afternoon
Travel to Ba Trai Dao Islet (Three Peaches) for crystal-clear water and a stunning white sandy beach.
The last stop on Day 2 is the Pearl Farm Exhibition Centre & Museum for learning how to raise the farm, harvest pearls, and its business.
Welcome back on board, you will have plenty of time to relax on the Lily Cruise. Enjoy the stunning sunset across the bay and enjoy the Happy Hour or take a cooking class to learn how to make spring rolls, a traditional Vietnamese dish.
Evening
After dinner, explore the nightlife of Halong Bay from the deck and unwind with music and cocktails at the bar.
To engage in a night squid fishing activity, please contact management for equipment. Otherwise, if some board games are available for you.

Day 3Surprising Cave - Halong Bay - Hanoi
Morning
Start the day with a Tai Chi session and watch the sunrise. A light breakfast will be served in the aboard restaurant.
Your next destination will be the majestic Surprising Cave, one of the largest caves in Halong Bay, with stunning stalactites. When you exit the cave, you will be astounded by the spectacular panoramic view, as well as the stalactites and stalagmites that have grown over millions of years and taken on intriguing shapes.
Return to the boat to unwind and check out at the front desk around 9:00 - 9:30. You will have a brunch while the ship returns to the harbor.
Afternoon
Disembark from the Lily Cruise and wait for your shuttle transfer (book in the next step with an additional fee) at the Tuan Chau Cruise Port. You will arrive at Hanoi Old Quarter at approximately 15:00.

On the second floor, the restaurant sets its location at the back with an open dining area and 6 Premium Deluxe Rooms (16m2) with 02 connecting cabins. At the front, there are 02 Exclusive Suites (30m2) sharing a large terrace with comfy sun loungers and broad bay views.
The third floor offers an open sundeck equipped with an airy Sky Bar, a square jacuzzi pool in the middle, and a captain's cabin at the bow.
