1. Rice Sheets/ Rice paper

It is easy to buy rice sheets in the market or super market. It is made from rice with the size of 10*15cm. 

2. Beef

For the types of meat to make Pho Cuon, you should not choose the type of too much lean meat because it will make Pho Cuon easy to dry. You can choose bacon or hock.

Note that the meat will only boil in the pot for 5 to 10 minutes, if left for longer the meat may dry out. In addition, when cutting it, you should not cut too thick, about 0.5 cm seems reasonable!

3. Egg

Tips: you should mix chicken eggs and duck eggs and add a little sauce.

4. Tofu and sausages

For both tofu and sausage, cut into long and thick strands about 0.5 cm thick. Remember that tofu must be fried beforehand!

5. Cucumber
