Morning
You will be transferred by a minivan to Tra Que Organic Village for around 10 minutes.
Walk through the market gardens where local farmers work to pick fresh saw-tooth coriander and Vietnamese mint for our cooking lesson.

You can try a special herbal drink at a local home before continuing. It will be interesting.
After that, you should move to the local village market, and with a shopping list in hand, purchase a range of local ingredients.
Arrive at Red Bridge Cooking School and begin your cooking class. You will work together with the Red Bridge Chef to learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food from scratch.
Finish the class, sit down, and have a chance to savor the dishes you have prepared.
Afternoon
After chilling in the local village, you will be brought back to Hoi An at 15:00.
Begin your walk at the bustling Hoi An Market, where the mix of bright colors, lively chatter, and local specialties captures the spirit of the ancient town.
A short distance away, the Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall welcomes you with its decorative gates, dragon imagery, and detailed architecture. While exploring the hall, you’ll get a glimpse into the practice of ancestor worship and observe how locals present their offerings.
Continue on to visit some of the town’s historic residences, such as Phung Hung or Tan Ky Ancient House, both standing as impressive reminders of over two centuries of history.

Your journey then leads to the Museum of Folk Culture, set inside a century-old merchant house and filled with artifacts that reflect traditional life in the region. You’ll also have the chance to enjoy traditional shows at the Hoi An Traditional Performing Arts House.
Afterward, make your way to the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge, a 400-year-old landmark that once connected the Japanese and Chinese quarters. Wrap up your visit by stopping at a few of Hoi An’s craft workshops and art galleries, before wandering through cozy alleyways and local neighborhoods to soak in the town’s enduring charm.

Our agent Moon was really supportive in arranging and consulting the whole journey for us. She helped us in finding a more comfortable and luxurious cruise in Ha Long Bay and offered us a great hotel in Hoi An at a more reasonable price. All the details, supporting documents, visa requirements, and pick-up time were nicely provided in a timely manner. A huge thanks to our Moon for going above and beyond your responsibility and sometimes, beyond working hours. We really appreciate your help.
The experience in each and every destination was fantastic. There was always something exciting and thrilling for us to participate in. We were laughing and enjoying ourselves at all times during the whole trip. The cruise and boat trip in Mekong Delta was definitely the highlight of our trip. First time ever, we visited a floating market and ate on a boat. The experience here was mind-blowing. I had so much fun time with my wife. We are satisfied with all of the destinations.
