Central Vietnam Adventure On Two Wheels 1 Week

After landing at Da Nang International Airport, you will be greeted by our friendly guide and then transferred to the hotel for check-in. Once you have completed the procedure, you will have time to rest after your flight before exploring the very first nightlife in Hoi An at your own pace. 

Morning/Afternoon

On Day 2, you have the flexibility to choose between two options:

• Morning tour: 07:30 - 12:00, with lunch at the end.
• Afternoon tour: 13:00 - 17:30, starting with lunch.

If you opt for the first one, your adventure kickstarts with a 07:30 pick-up from your accommodation in Hoi An. From there, you will head to Hoi An, a laidback town, where narrow hidden alleys lead into the exquisite architecture of ancient houses and the busy life of local markets. 

Out of the town, the Vespa ride takes you along a maze of zigzagging back roads, giving you the chance to enjoy full, unobstructed sights of lush green rice paddies and tranquil waterways that stretch as far as the eye can see. Next, you will embrace the local charm by having an exhilarating bamboo basket boat ride via the serene nipa-palm mangrove channels in the coco-palm forest. 

Along the way, you will pause a while for a refreshing coffee break, followed by a visit to an interesting up-cycling gallery that will introduce you to the creativity and culture of the local community. At the end of the venture, it is time for a delicious home-cooked Vietnamese lunch. It is a really warm and welcoming place to taste authentic cuisine.

After that, a quick transfer brings you back to your hotel.

For the afternoon option, we will come and pick you up at 13:00. As mentioned above, you will begin with a yummy lunch first before continuing the same itinerary to Hoi An Old Town.

The evening is your own time to relax or stroll around the town. If you’re unsure what to do, our optional tours below offer exciting ways to experience the highlights of Hoi An:

Morning

To start your lovely day, you will spend time wandering around Hoi An local market. This is the perfect occasion to check out exotic products and understand their use in Vietnamese cooking and therapeutic virtues.

Later on, you will leave on a 40-minute boat ride on the Thu Bon River to arrive at a typical small village on the delta, where you will participate in a fun and engaging outdoor cooking class under the shadow of coconut trees. Using traditional techniques and tools, you will gain firsthand experience in preparing rice after harvest. You will also create your own rice paper and prepare four classic Vietnamese dishes as follows:

• Marinated pork skewers
• Banh Xeo
• Papaya salad
• Vietnamese-style fish

Afternoon

After enjoying the delicious meal you have cooked, it will be time to set out on a bicycle from island to island to return to Hoi An. As you go and make several stops, there are plenty of opportunities to get up close and personal with real everyday life in the countryside.

For instance, you will see how rice alcohol is distilled, how traditional basket boats are made and moved (and even try maneuvering one yourself with the river), and how the beautiful mats used for mattresses are skillfully hand-woven.

Morning 

Today, let's get ready for an exciting full-day trip at Ba Na Hills. 

We will take you from your hotel and make our way to the popular tourist destination. The first highlight spot is at the Suoi Mo Cable Car Station, where you will board the cable car for a spectacular ride with breathtaking views of the mountains surrounding the area. 

Once you have arrived at Marseille Station, you will have the opportunity to visit one of the most well-known attractions in Ba Na Hills, the Golden Bridge. Supported by two massive stone hands, this stunning pedestrian bridge provides an incredible scene of the hills and forests below.

The next journey is to take a relaxing stroll across Jardin D'Amour, a beautiful garden featuring colorful flowers, fountains, and sculptures. The peaceful atmosphere makes it a perfect spot for a calm walk.

Continuing your journey, you will come and pray at the Linh Ung Pagoda, home to the impressive statue of the Goddess of Mercy. It is a serene and spiritual place, bringing you a moment of reflection. 

After soaking in all that sightseeing, it is time to have a tasty lunch at a local Vietnamese buffet restaurant with more than 70 Vietnamese culinary items. Be sure to try some local favorites and regional specialties. 

Afternoon

As for the afternoon, you will enjoy your amusing moment at Fantasy Park, a park filled with rides, games, and attractions. Whether you are a thrill-seeker or prefer something more relaxed, there will always be exciting activities for you and your group to join.

Before the end of the exploration, you will take time to admire the fantastic view of the entire area from the highest point, King Peak, at an altitude of 1.487m. Finishing the tour, you will go back to Cable Car Station and Gateway, and our guide will drop you off at your hotel.

NOTE: The ticket includes round-trip cable car rides and access to key landmarks such as the Golden Bridge, Fantasy Park, and Moon Castle (please remember that the wax museum, Debay wine cellar, and certain games are not included).

Morning

Our tour will start by picking you up from your hotel in Hoi An and embarking on a motorbike ride to Hue. On the back of a scooter, you will be passing scenic landscapes that will leave you speechless and jaw-dropping. 

Firstly, as you travel towards the Marble Mountains, you will get to witness gorgeous views of the My Khe and Bac My An beaches. Upon arriving at the site, culture explorers will be able to relish the pleasure of exploring the caves and temples that are scattered throughout the mountain range.

Hai Van Pass is the second location you will ride up to. This beautiful stretch of the road presents some of the best views in the region, with sweeping vistas of Danang City, My Khe Beach, and the neighborhood mountains. Reaching the top of the pass, you can take a moment to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee while soaking in the incredible scenery.

Once you have finished immersing yourself in the refreshing atmosphere that accompanies Hai Van Pass, you will ride down to approach the base of the mountain. From here, you have a chance to appreciate the beauty of nature with a stretch of pristine coastline, unspoiled Lang Co Beach, and the village.

After that, you will continue to explore Nhi Ho Waterfall, where you can dip your body in the cool spring and swim in the freshwater. You will spend about one to two hours at this site before driving over to Phuoc Tuong Pass for rest, drinks, and lunch.

Afternoon is the time you keep going to Hue by following the local road via Tam Giang Lagoon to avoid Highway 1. On the way, you can stop to see how locals work on their farms and even find out some lesser-known but worthy sites. This will be a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the local culture and traditions, as well as to capture some nice pictures of the surrounding landscape.

Distance & Est. time: Cycling 17 km

At 08:30, you depart from the hotel lobby to meet our guide and head to Thanh Toan Village for a full-day experience until 16:30. 

You will start your sightseeing journey by cycling up to 17 km on flat roads. This tour is designed to tell you the deep-rooted history of Vietnam's wet rice culture. More than that, it will take you back to the old days when you could live the true rural life in a long-established village from the 17th century. As you dive into the area, you will learn about an old Vietnamese village administration, its typical culture, and its institutions. 

The experience does not stop there. The cherry on top is that you step into the shoes of a local farmer and enjoy a day of meaningful activities. To be more specific, you will partake in farming tasks, try your hand at fishing, and be trained to cook a delightful home meal with fresh, local ingredients. There is also an opportunity to make traditional handicrafts, giving you a deeper appreciation for the village artistry. 

Another highlight of the day is to have a relaxing time on the ancient tile-roofed bridge. We believe that it will help inspire you more on this leisurely journey.

Day 7 is also the last day of this holiday package. From Hoi An, you will be transferred to Da Nang for your flight to the next adventure.
