Morning
In the morning, begin the day with a guided journey through the cultural heart of Hanoi, blending history, architecture, and local life at a relaxed, enjoyable pace. Begin with a visit to the solemn Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, followed by his peaceful stilt house and the elegant Presidential Palace gardens - offering insight into Vietnam’s modern history.
Continue to the iconic One Pillar Pagoda, a unique wooden structure rising gracefully from a lotus pond, before heading to the atmospheric Temple of Literature - Vietnam’s first university. Wander through its leafy courtyards and ancient pavilions, a quiet contrast to the city’s lively streets.
After the morning’s exploration, enjoy a well-earned lunch at a local restaurant, sampling classic Vietnamese flavours in a comfortable setting.
Evening
As evening falls, shift gears into one of Hanoi’s most rewarding experiences - a guided street food walk through the buzzing Hanoi Old Quarter. Your guide introduces the meaning behindMichelin-selected eateries, highlighting spots celebrated for their authentic flavours and consistency.
Start with Hanoi’s legendary Bun Cha - smoky grilled pork served with vermicelli and fresh herbs - before discovering Mien Luon, a lesser-known local specialty featuring eel and glass noodles. Continue with a comforting bowl of Pho, where a clear, aromatic broth showcases the depth of northern Vietnamese cooking.
Wrap up the evening at a traditional cafe, sipping Hanoi’s famous egg coffee - rich yet surprisingly smooth - while soaking in the rhythm of the city after dark. It’s a laid-back, flavour-packed experience that perfectly suits travellers who enjoy food, culture, and a bit of urban energy without the rush.
Your guide will escort you back to your hotel, or you may choose to linger and explore more of Hanoi at your own pace.
NOTE: This tour features stops at selected Michelin-recognised eateries (Michelin Selected), not Michelin-starred restaurants. Please note that food stops are flexible and may vary depending on seasonal availability and operating conditions.

We did this tour as a family and honestly had a really nice time. There was a good mix of things to do, so it didn’t feel repetitive. Phu Quoc was probably our favourite part, it was nice to just slow down and relax there. Overall, a good trip and worth it.
We had a really good experience. The team was very supportive throughout the trip and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. We were happy with all the hotels and resorts, everything was comfortable and well chosen.

I can see why they get so many positive reviews. If anything comes up, they’re quick to sort it out and they even helped change a hotel when we weren’t completely satisfied. That kind of support really made a difference. Less
