  • This wooden trash is embellished with several wooden pieces in a traditional manner.
  • Visitors may still find plenty of contemporary amenities and comfortable quarters aboard the ship.

Cons

  • The ship needs extensive repairs. The façade and interior are both outdated and exhibit regular indications of wear and tear.

  • The ship's 18 medium-sized staterooms each have a nice hardwood interior.
  • Families and small expedition groups will benefit most from the ground-floor location of the majority of the flats.
  • On the twin or double bed with plush bedding, travelers may unwind after a long day and make use of a number of high-quality in-room amenities.

Food and Beverage: 9.3/10

Pros

  • In an attractive atmosphere, visitors are exposed to some of the best local seafood, Vietnamese cuisine, and worldwide delicacies during their dining experience.

Itineraries and Activities: 8.9/10

Pros

  • The cruise first docks in the fishing town of Vung Vieng, where visitors may explore in a kayak or a bamboo boat.
  • The next stop is Tra San, a great location for kayaking and bird viewing.
  • Last but not least, visitors will find Thien Canh Son cave, the most well-known cave in Bai Tu Long Bay.

Great tour

We experienced a wonderful two-day Halong Bay trip. The sight was breathtaking, but what truly made the vacation memorable was the staff's exceptional service. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure everyone's comfort and enjoyment.
Everything ran smoothly and efficiently from beginning to end. The cuisine on board was good and varied, and the activities, such as kayaking, cave exploration, culinary lessons, and squid fishing, were well-organized and enjoyable. The boat itself was clean and comfy and provided a peaceful atmosphere during the cruise.
If you want a combination of adventure, leisure, and excellent service, I highly recommend this cruise. Thank you to Zoe from bestpricetravel.com and the entire staff for such a fantastic time!

Amazing experience

The meal was sufficient, and the air conditioning in the cabin was superb, as were the views from the windows. Incredible landscape, reminiscent of a computer game. Alex made the experience as trouble-free and seamless as possible. A great host.
One issue to note is that your bar bill at the conclusion of the tour must be paid in cash. Some on the boat were taken off guard, but Alex, as always, handled the situation.

Well thought service

I would like to thank Anna from the bottom of my heart for your wonderful support and pleasant discussions! She did an excellent job of portraying Bestprice Travel to the outside world professionally and seriously! I hope to schedule another holiday destination with you in the future.
And here I have some general feedback for the entire tour that could be improved.
1. I would rather spend two nights in Hanoi and then one night at Halong Bay than one night in Hanoi, one night in Halong, and then back in Hanoi. It was a bit much packing the luggage.
2. I would like to have the option of choosing hotels without breakfast - first because some people do not like breakfast, and second, because it saves money (since the whole tour cost a lot of money for me - it was worth it, of course, but still a lot of money). And I would like to save money someplace.
I appreciated WhatsApp's schedule feature, which provided a convenient snapshot of my daily activities. The day tours were all well-organized and interesting! They provided me with as much information as possible in the shortest amount of time. Additionally, drivers and guides usually contacted me a day in advance.
I appreciated your frequent communication with me whenever I had a query or problem.

Beautiful, yet bustling Halong Bay

My husband and I took this overnight cruise as part of a vacation to Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. The sights were magnificent. However, be prepared for hundreds of boats cruising beside you, as well as crowded shores and tiny boat tours. The boat was smaller, which we loved. The cabins were large, with open windows. The crew was customer-focused and provided wonderful service. The cuisine was extremely nice. The only concern was that we were unable to carry our own purchased water bottles on board. There was water to fill bottles for excursions, but we had to buy water for our meals and lodgings. I am not sure if this is standard practice among cruise lines, or if it saves Oriental Sails money. Overall, Halong Bay is a must-see; however, expect people everywhere.
