I had never used a travel agency before, but Janet at Bestprice Travel completely exceeded my expectations. She made booking our cruise and transportation a breeze and even assisted us in changing our return destination the day before without any additional charges. Janet was always quick to respond to my questions and was incredibly kind. Although many suggest booking directly with the cruise line, I would wholeheartedly recommend using Bestprice Travel. Less
With the short time, I cannot finish all of destinations in my wish list. But I think that this tour's itinerary is already packed.
Each cities had their own beauty and cuisine. So this trip didn't have any boring minutes.
Janet from BestPrice Travel was awesome! She gave great advice and responded super fast about the trip. Even after I booked, she kept giving me helpful tips.
Positive reviews: …accommodations and transportations are very good. Met my expectations. The tour guide is knowledgeable, he took times to explain and to give us histories of each locations. The driver is very good. I feel comfortable with his driving in the busy cities and on the expressways.

Negative reviews: overall lunches are below standard:
2 lunches menus (back to back) were repeated with same or similar dishes, we were told both places are own by 2 sisters.
Buffet lunch was not anywhere near to 4 star tourists standards. We ordered on the menu dishes and not satisfied either. I am strongly recommending to change to different location/restaurant for your next tour groups.
Note: lunch in the city and on the boat cruise are good. Less
My 7-day tour to Vietnam tour was all booked and organized by Anna at BestPrice Travel. She was really efficient in arranging things, from accommodations to transfers. I appreciated that Anna continuously got in touch with me to ensure that I knew my itinerary, transportations, tour guides.

I appreciated that Anna continuously got in touch with me to ensure that I knew my itinerary, transportations, tour guides.
Our first day was in Hanoi. We was collected by our tour guide right after landing. Then, we did a half-day tour to many attractions in Hanoi, from the train street to French quarter, from the Opera House to The Old Quarter. Sceneries and atmosphere were nice. At night, Anna organised a Hanoi food tour for us. We tried pho, egg coffee, banh mi,.. The food was to die for!!!
Next, we had a 2 day 1 night cruise and joined in many activities in Halong Bay, from kayaking to hiking and squid fishing. Also, the 5-course meal on cruise was phenomenal.
Ho Chi Minh and Mekong Delta were our last destinations. We was taken to Cu Chi tunnels, the Independence Palace, Central Post Office, American Embassy, Notre Dame Cathedral, the war remnants museums,...
The tour schedule also did leave me some free time to do things on my own. It was really great traveling in this kind of tour. I would definitely recommend Anna and BestPrice Travel. Less
