- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Free of charge for 1 child under 05 years old sharing room and bed with parents (sharing room with parents). In case the parent's room has 02 children under 5 years old sharing the same bed with their parents, the second child will be charged 75% of the price of 1 adult.
- Children equal to or from 5 years old to under 11 years old sharing a room and bed with parents, are charged 75% of the price of 01 adult
- Two children under 11 years old sleep in a separate room, charged at double room rate. In the case of 01 child sleeping in a separate room, 80% of the double room rate will be charged.
- Children from11 years old or older, are charged as adults.

Lily Cruise is an average-size boat featuring 3 main decks with passenger berths of 48 including children.
The first deck gives space for reception, kitchen, and 12 Deluxe Rooms (16m2) with full window view and private seating area. At the front, the 08 single rooms can be convertible to 04 connecting rooms with an adjoining door.
On the second floor, the restaurant sets its location at the back with an open dining area and 6 Premium Deluxe Rooms (16m2) with 02 connecting cabins. At the front, there are 02 Exclusive Suites (30m2) sharing a large terrace with comfy sun loungers and broad bay views.
The third floor offers an open sundeck equipped with an airy Sky Bar, a square jacuzzi pool in the middle, and a captain's cabin at the bow.

Hi. I am very interested in the 2 day Lily Cruise Halong Bay trip but my family are 5 people and I was wondering if it is possible to have a 5th bed in the adjoining cabins or whether we have to book 3 seperate cabins? Thank you.

The set menu for dinner was fantastic. Even the pickiest eater, my boyfriend, was able to sample most of the menu. Even better, there are two happy hours held here. Funny, huh? They have a strong and classy mojito! Their food and drinks impressed us both.
2. Excellent service particularly the tour guide, Chang and the waiter, Mojito. Mojito was incredibly polite, gregarious, and aware. Every time we went to the restaurant, he treated us like royalty. Chang was incredibly amiable, humorous, and informed about our tours. Throughout the trip, they both helped us feel at home and comfortable.
3. The cabin was quite cozy and spotless. One very important thing for us is that they had good beds.
4. Outstanding activities as well! The squid fishing, cave exploration, cooking demonstration, sunset party, and fishing village were all excellent. They kept us all occupied and ensured that we had a great trip.
5. The entire boat is stylish and well-maintained.

A truly wonderful experience! Strongly advised. Beautiful, cosy, and spotless. The crew was really helpful, pleasant, and courteous, and our cruise manager was a kind and knowledgeable individual. Hugo, Gin, and Mojito, three of our employees, stood out for their warmth and friendliness.
A 3-day continuous photography opportunity. Lovely staterooms, excellent cuisine and service, and a pretty bar on the top deck. It would have been quite disappointing to leave after 2 nights. Our waiter, Gin, was fantastic.
