We are a couple taking a private cruise from 8 to around 14:00 April. What hour should we ask for the Seaplane tour? Does it perform on a rainy day?
If rainy it will cancel. You can take one at 12:20 or 11:45.

I would like to book the 1:35 or 2:20 flight - I understand I can put money down and pay the rest there? Also What is your refund policy - My self and 2 friends are making arrangements and they are not solidified but will be in the next couple days. We will be getting off the Bhaya Cruise on the 2nd and need some insight as to how long it will take us to get from the Cruise port to the seaplane for take off.

They only allow hand lugguage because space of seaplane small can not fit the checked luggage.

The sea plane sight seeing was also excellent, nothing negative to say.
Just finished this scenic flight. What a beautiful flight! The perspective you get from the air is phenomenal! The price is good in my opinion as well. Strongly recommend if you are coming to Halong!
The flight in Halong Bay was the highlight of my vacation. Magical doesn't even start to describe how wonderful it was to see Halong Bay from above and land in the water. The scenery was breathtaking and we had an incredible experience with the staff. The entire process was easy and great all in all.
Wonderful experience seeing the sites from the air. Our pilot was funny and informative. Easy check in process and the staff was very attentive. Plane was comfortable and wonderful views regardless of where you sat. A must if you haven't tried sightseeing flight in Halong Bay yet!
I must say this is one of the most mesmerized experience for us. We were amazed before the imposing landscape and it was out of the world. Really recommend!!
