Day 1: Sapa - Su Pan - Thanh Phu - Sin Chai

Cycling distance: 40 km (Approximately: 6 hours of cycling)

This wonderful trip will start from Sapa. You will ride downhill along the Muong Hoa Valley, a beautifully charming valley located 8 km from Sapa town. It is formed by a narrow strip of land to the east based on a mountain with a length of 30km. The fact of the matter is that it is located between two high mountain ranges running parallel from the southeast of Sapa town. Muong Hoa Valley is famous for its spectacular scenery and is the largest rice farm in the Sapa district.

You will have a short break in Supan village. After that, the whole group will ride down the hill until you reach the Thanh Phu village of the Tay people. You will have the opportunity to have lunch at a traditional house of the Tay people. This is truly a great experience for you to enjoy a cycling tour in Sapa.

After lunch, your 2-day cycling itinerary will continue with a bike ride to Sin Chai village of the Red Dao people. Located at the foot of Fansipan Mountain, Sin Chai village is one of the most scenic spots in Sapa, about a 40-minute walk from town. Surely you will be attracted by the magnificent scenery and spectacular views of Mount Fansipan. After the first day of the biking tour in Sapa, you will stay overnight at a local house.

Day 2: Sin Chai - Nam Nhiu - My Son - Ban Ho - Sapa

Cycling distance: 43 km

The first day was a long and hard day, wasn’t it? The second day of the biking tour in Sapa will be a bit softer. You will pass by a few tiny villages and stop at a local school for a look. You can give the children some small gifts like pens, books or souvenirs. After that, you will pass by Thanh Phu and continue to Ban Ho village, where you will enjoy lunch at a local house.

Don’t forget to take some time to meet Xa Pho ethnic people. This is one of the smallest ethnic groups that you cannot find in other areas. After you finish lunch, you will walk a short distance to the nearby river. Here, you will be able to go swimming. Please ensure safety for yourself. After that, take a break and drink a cup of tea in a Tay house before you board the bus back to Sapa.
