The views around Ha Long Bay were amazing. The staff are all very friendly and go above and beyond to help you. Our butler, Marra, was brilliant. The food was of high quality, and the chef catered to our vegetarian diet, which was very appreciated. However, the food portions were very large, and overall, there was way too much food per person. It felt a bit unnecessary, and I dreaded thinking of the amount of food waste. Could be improved by reducing the food amount. Less

From A to Z, the cruise was fantastic. If you have time in your schedule, I would definitely recommend two nights on board and possibly a business with a more flexible schedule to avoid arriving with the rest of the crowd!

Our agent My Uyen was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and successful in getting us tickets on the exact boat and dates we desired—she even secured the boat's two side-by-side outdoor deck suites! With only 14 cabins on our boat, she made sure we had the smaller cruise we had in mind. She was also very efficient and communicative. The best part was that we could pay online with a credit card and the pricing was excellent. I am so happy that I found My Uyen and BestPrice Travel! Less

Drinks were costly for Hanoi standards, but comparable to city costs in the UK. Happy hour would have been better if personnel had been present to serve you. We finished two cocktails and went for a third, but no one was around.
We did all of the crew's extra excursions except for tai chi and squid fishing. Less
