Cancellation Policy
- For Group under 5 cabins:
- More than 21 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge.
- From 21 to 10 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- From 9 to 7 days prior to check-in: 70% of total rates
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- FREE of charge for child under 5 year old sharing bed & meal with parents. Surcharge for extra bed:
- VND 550,000 in 2 days/1 night.
- VND 770,000 in 3 days/2 night
- Child from 5 - 11 year old: sharing cabin with parents: 75% adults rate. Only 01 child under 12 years old is allowed to share cabin with parents with surcharged for child rate.

The Paradise Sails is a blend of chic, modern styling and traditional Vietnamese detailing. The cozy, wooden interior exudes classic charm without skimping on comfort. The elegant dining area, which is ideal for private dining, provides a customized menu, a cuisine with Vietnamese royal touches, and a variety of drinks. Halong Bay's green seas and karst limestone structures are visible from the expansive sundeck's sun loungers and cozy lounging places. Additionally, this timber palace redefines mid-range sailing in Halong Bay with a top-notch day spa on board.
Facilities & Deck Plan
The function areas of the ship will be encapsulated in the following 2 main spaces:
- Restaurant: located on the 3rd floor, welcomes up to 32 guests, large glass windows line the walls of the restaurant, allowing patrons to take in the scenery while dining. After their meals, customers can have a coffee or beverage at one of the tables and chairs set up along the long hallway that runs down both sides of the junk boat restaurant. The restaurant's interior was designed in a neoclassical style and constructed completely of natural wood to the greatest standards of comfort and beauty.
- Sundeck: BBQ parties aboard mid-range Paradise Sails are held on the Sundeck and include a different cuisine from that offered in the restaurant. With a wide selection of cold appetizers, breads, soups, BBQ beef, chicken, and seafood meals, as well as dessert, this rooftop deck is a one-of-a-kind location for BBQ parties.

- Besides all destinations like the “2 days 1 night” journey, we also discovered the Trong Cave area and Trinh Nu Cave, Cua Van Floating Village by bamboo boats rowed by locals
- Things to do: Sight-seeing, kayaking, experience bamboo boat, discover fishermen's life and floating village culture, practice Tai chi, explore the cave

The number of meals on board will be served based on the schedule chosen by the customer
- Breakfast: Buffet with dishes variety from bread, pastries, cold cuts and hot corner
- Lunch: 8-10 dishes from appetizer, soup, main course and dessert (depend on the itinerary)
- Dinner: a full meal with main course ranging from fish, chicken, beef
Specifically, the “3 days and 2 nights” itinerary has the Sunset Canape Corner which served from 18:00 to 18:30 with three kinds of canape and different side dishes

- Noise isolation is not good. In the morning when the kitchen prepares food on the 2nd floor, the sound spreads to some rooms on the 3rd floor and around.

If you take a bus transfer they will pick you up from Hanoi Old Quarter to Halong and on the way back you will need private transfer to go straight to the airport

Good sail in price. As its name, you got services like living in Paradise, tasty and attractive meals, professional cruise crew, various activities both onboard and outdoor cruise.
The only thing that needs to improving is the decoration of cruise and this cruise should be renovated with bigger size.
