Hi, i travelled with you 5 years ago and now my nephew and his wife want to tour Vietnam. I recommended yourself . Could you please help me with some details. They are interested in the 10 day tour departing 29 December from Saigon.
1) what time approx will they arrive in hoi an on the 31st. They want to to spend news years eve there.
2) what hotel options are there for 4star
3) is it ok to spend another day in Hanoi ( cost for extra day hotel? ) and then be transferred to airport Please get back to me asap
For your question please see the answer:
1. They will arrive quite late about 21:00 or 22:00 depend on available flight.
2. Hotel list fo 4* i will send you via email
3. Yes we can extend your stay in Hanoi with surcharge +65 USD/room/night.
I do have a few questions: 1. We have applied e-visa, but both entry & exit checkpoints we applied are Ho Chi Min international airport. Do you know if they allow us to exit at Hanoi airport ? 2. We need to leave Hanoi on October 11 afternoon which is one night shorter, can you please reduce the package price accordingly? 3. If I arrive a day earlier, can you pick us up in our hotel instead of airport?(October 3rd Day1) 4. You won’t hold our passports during the whole trip, right?
For your question please find the answer:
1. Evisa just requires enter point, not require exit point.
2. Yes if you move 1 night we can deduct the hotel rate for you. And how much depend on the hotel class you choose.
3. Yes we can change the pick up from your hotel instead of the airport.
4. No we don't keep client's passport.
We are interested in a private tour for just 4 adults in our group. What hotel options are available if we want the Luxury (5*) package? Can we pick our hotels and pay the price difference if there is any?

I was traveling alone and the best price agent took care of everything for me. Thanks Rosie a lot, who was extremely dedicated and punctual, even answered my night call when I had a little problem. I really suggest the travel agent.
I travelled solo and best price took care of everything. Special thanks to Rosie who was very attentive and even picked up calls at night when I had a small issue. Highly recommend the travel agent.

We’re now back in the Philippines and relaxing after our Vietnam adventure. Before I do the formal review on Trip Advisor I wanted to give you some private feedback about our trip.
In regard to our tour guides the majority were very good with Tom, Candy and Mike being outstanding. Anna on the Ho Chi Minh tour was the exception since her English was difficult to understand and that we spent too much time at the Presidential Palace and not enough time at the Rearmament Museum. This should be reversed because a rushed visit to this museum doesn’t do it justice whereas the Palace is of much less interest.
In terms of hotels we loved the Hoi An Central. The HM Boutique has a great location but the rooms should be in the more spacious one with balcony that we had on our last night. Also, the hotel clerk wasn’t very welcoming when we arrived. As far as the Queen Ann a new hotel closer to the vibrant part of the city should be chosen. We were scared to cross the street and were never able to cross the big boulevard with the chaotic traffic.
In retrospect we would have appreciated an orientation with a guide upon our arrival in Ho Chi Minh. Bach did provide us with information on the ride to the hotel but more needs to be done to welcome and inform visitors. Luckily we had arranged for a private street food tour our first night which showed us the vibrancy of the city, something we weren’t able to do on our own.
Overall we had a great trip and were impressed with the efficiency and the itinerary of Best Travel. I will do a very positive review but I felt that sharing some of these private observations with you would help your company in planning future tours.
All the best to you and thank you for a wonderful trip.

I can’t really do this company justice with just five stars. There are the gold standard by far. Nothing, and I mean nothing, was missed, forgotten, or overlooked. There are the gold standard by far. Nothing, and I mean nothing, was missed, forgotten, or overlooked. Tansy worked with me every step of the way, answered my questions, lined up hotels, drivers, and coordinated my travel from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi. The tour was paced perfectly, not hurried at all. My tour guides and drivers , who were always on time ,were extremely knowledgeable, helpful ,funny, yet the consummate professionals. The choices of the hotels I stayed in were exceptional, all clean ,well maintained , and great breakfast options. All were close to markets, money exchanges, and an endless choice of places to eat or get coffee. I found the Vietnamese people very friendly and accommodating. They are humble , and very proud of their country. In closing, I want to say thank you again, tansy , and all the people who took care of me, you’re the best, and I will never forget this adventure.
