Cancellation Policy
- For Group under 5 cabins:
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 04 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 4 days before check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Children below 5 years old: FOC ( sharing bed ). From 02 children under 5 years old: 85% of adult's rate ( sharing bed )
- Children from 5 to under 11 years old: charge 85% of adult rate ( sharing bed )
- 2 Children under 11 stay in a serapate room will pay double room, 1 child stay in a serapate room will pay 100% adult rate
- Children from 11 years old; same as adult rate

The crew is charming and funny. We received a warm welcome. The activities were so much fun!! You can kayak, take the bamboo boat through Halong bay, and even go squid fishing. But you don’t have to do it. You can also sleep and eat all the time. The food on the boat was great and versatile! Lots of fresh fish. The rooms were clean and spacious. Recommend the trip!!
It was a lovely greeting, and the outdoor activities with the kayaks were fantastic. Perhaps the bundle should include food and beverages without alcohol.
Zuy, the cruise manager, is really charismatic and humorous.

The only problems I had were an hour of terminal wait time, a lack of food when I was hungry, and poor wifi.
- It was a really wonderful thing that the cruise was not overly touristy. There were few boats nearby, and it was isolated.
The staff members were pleasant and helpful, especially Alex, and the cabins were clean, lovely, and offered a terrific view. The cuisine was also outstanding.
