Welcome to Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam.

Upon arrival at the airport, meet your driver and transfer to your hotel for check-in. The remainder of the day is free to relax after your journey or explore Hanoi at your own pace.

For those wishing to experience more of the city, the following optional activities are available:

NOTE: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00. Early check-in is available at an additional charge, subject to availability.

Morning / Afternoon

Meet your guide and explore some of Hanoi’s key historical and cultural landmarks.

• Visit the Temple of Literature, a historic complex and Vietnam’s first national university, known for its traditional architecture, courtyards and landscaped gardens.
• Visit the One Pillar Pagoda, a historic Buddhist temple built on a single stone pillar and designed to resemble a lotus flower rising from the water.
• See the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the final resting place of Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam’s former President. The mausoleum is viewed from outside and is closed on Mondays, Fridays and from June to August.
• Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, one of Hanoi’s oldest Buddhist temples, located on a small island near the southeastern shore of West Lake. The pagoda has a history of more than 1,500 years.

Enjoy lunch at a Vietnamese restaurant, followed by free time to relax or explore independently for the rest of the day.

Note: The tour operates either in the morning at 08:00 or in the afternoon at 13:00, depending on availability. A private car can be arranged upon request.

Morning

Have breakfast at the hotel before meeting your guide and travelling to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its limestone islands and emerald waters.

The transfer to the cruise port takes approximately 2.5 hours. Complete the check-in procedures before boarding the cruise, where the crew will welcome you with a refreshing drink.

Settle in and enjoy lunch on board while taking in views of the bay’s limestone formations and surrounding waters. Fresh seafood and other dishes will be served at the cruise restaurant.

Afternoon

Depending on the cruise itinerary, participate in activities such as kayaking, swimming or visiting a cave. Each cruise follows its own route and activity schedule, so the programme may vary.

Return to the main boat after the excursion and enjoy dinner at the cruise restaurant. In the evening, relax on board, spend time on the sundeck or join a night squid fishing activity, subject to weather and cruise conditions.

• Your tour guide will not accompany you on the cruise. The cruise staff, who provide English-language assistance, will support you throughout the journey.

Morning

Wake up early to enjoy the sunrise over Halong Bay and join a short Tai Chi session on the cruise deck. After a light breakfast, continue with a guided visit to one of the bay’s impressive caves, depending on the cruise itinerary.

Return to the cruise after the morning activities and complete the check-out procedures. Enjoy an early brunch on board as the cruise sails back towards the port.

Around noon, arrive at the cruise port and transfer to Hanoi Airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City.

Afternoon

Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, meet your driver and transfer to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. After check-in, enjoy free time to relax or explore the city independently. 

Morning

08:00: Depart for the Cu Chi Tunnels, an extensive underground network located approximately 60 km northwest of Ho Chi Minh City. Explore the tunnels and learn about their historical role during the Vietnam War, including how they were used for shelter, communication, and daily activities.

• Explore sections of the underground tunnel system and learn about the living conditions of Vietnamese soldiers and local residents during the war.
• Visit the shooting range, where a firing-gun experience is available at an additional charge and subject to local regulations and availability.

Enjoy a light lunch at a local restaurant before returning to Ho Chi Minh City.

Afternoon

13:30: Visit the Reunification Palace, an important historical landmark associated with the reunification of Vietnam. Explore its former government offices, meeting rooms and preserved interiors, which reflect the architecture and history of the period.

Continue to Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon, currently undergoing renovation, and the Saigon Central Post Office, both notable examples of French colonial-era architecture in the city.

Stop at a local market to browse for souvenirs and observe everyday life in Ho Chi Minh City. Return to the hotel and enjoy free time for the rest of the day.

Morning

08:00: Transfer from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City to Ben Tre Province, located in the Mekong Delta. The journey takes you through the rural landscapes and waterways of southern Vietnam.

Take a boat along the Ham Luong River and visit local workshops to learn how traditional products are made.

Walk through a local village and observe daily life in the Mekong Delta at a relaxed pace. Travel to nearby fruit orchards by Xe Loi, a local motorised vehicle commonly used for short journeys in the countryside.

Afternoon

Take a sampan ride along the smaller canals, rowed by local boatmen. Continue through the waterways and observe the surrounding gardens, vegetation and rural scenery of the Mekong Delta.

At approximately 17:00, return to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and enjoy free time to relax for the rest of the day.

Morning

Enjoy free time to explore Ho Chi Minh City independently or relax at the hotel. Complete the standard hotel check-out at 12:00.

Late check-out may be arranged at an additional charge, subject to room availability.

Afternoon

Transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival at Siem Reap International Airport, meet your driver and transfer to the hotel for check-in.

Enjoy free time to relax or explore the local area independently for the remainder of the day.

Morning

Visit Ta Prohm Temple, a major temple built during the Khmer Empire and known for its atmospheric setting among large trees. The temple was also featured as a filming location in the movie Tomb Raider.

Continue with a guided visit to Angkor Thom, the last capital of the Khmer Empire under the reign of King Jayavarman VII. Explore the ancient city and its significant architectural remains.

Afternoon

Begin the afternoon tour with a visit to Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument in the world. Built in the 12th century under King Suryavarman II, the temple is recognised for its extensive galleries, towers and detailed stone carvings.

Depending on weather and site conditions, there may be an opportunity to view the sunset around Angkor Wat or another suitable location within the temple complex.

Enjoy free time at the hotel until your scheduled transfer to Siem Reap International Airport. Your driver will pick you up and transfer you to the airport for your onward flight.
