My wife and I recently completed a 12-day tour of Vietnam, travelling from North to South, and it was an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Best Price Travel and the amazing Hang Moon. throughout the trip, Moon was with us every step of the way. Her communication was outstanding, staying in touch via WhatsApp and ensuring every part of our trip ran smoothly. The itinerary was well organised and balanced, covering all the highlights of Vietnam. Every detail, from airport transfers to hotel check-ins, tours, and internal transport was perfectly timed and stress free. The 4-star hotels we stayed in were fantastic, all including buffet breakfasts that exceeded our expectations. Lunches (when included) were set menus at reputable restaurants, giving us a real taste of Vietnamese cuisine. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, polite, and gave us plenty of time to explore and enjoy at our own pace. When our overnight Halong Bay cruise was unfortunately cut short due to bad weather, Best Price Travel quickly organised a private car to return us to our hotel without any delays. A refund was processed for the activities we missed was organised by our agent Moon. This was a hassle free experience, run by honest, professional people who really care about their clients. Hi! We always can arrange the vegetarian meals for you. However, as there are few choices for Halal meal in Vietnam and Cambodia, it's impossible to arrange Halal meals through out your trip; also, there will be a high surcharge fee for Halal meals as they are quite expensive.

Everything has been great so far. I’ve enjoyed all of the tours and the transports have all been well arranged.
But the hotel Nicecy is not very good…it is clean and very spacious. But the bed is soooo uncomfortable and hard with springs poking in my back. I did not sleep. And the Shower does not work.
The other hotels have been small but VERY comfortable.
They tried to fix it, and it was better, but it was just really bad water pressure.
