by TripadvisorWe organised with the brilliant Mia Nguyen at Best Price travel for a 3 day, 2 night tour with Orchid cruises on their nostalgia boat.
Mia’s help and organisation was brilliant. Due to the typhoon we had to change plans but she was helpful, friendly and organised throughout. We genuinely could not have asked for more from her.
The boat was clean, comfortable and with some absolutely brilliant staff. We are well, plenty of options and lots of food available.
The trips we took from the boat were even better than expected. An amazing experience.

Hi! We always can arrange the vegetarian meals for you. However, as there are few choices for Halal meal in Vietnam and Cambodia, it's impossible to arrange Halal meals through out your trip; also, there will be a high surcharge fee for Halal meals as they are quite expensive.

in HCMC:
Everything has been great so far. I’ve enjoyed all of the tours and the transports have all been well arranged.
But the hotel Nicecy is not very good…it is clean and very spacious. But the bed is soooo uncomfortable and hard with springs poking in my back. I did not sleep. And the Shower does not work.
The other hotels have been small but VERY comfortable.
They tried to fix it, and it was better, but it was just really bad water pressure.

Nam in Hanoi was great, zipped us around town showing us all the top sites with the perfect amount of time in each place . He provided me a SIM card and offered us other ideas to do in the evening and gave us all the info we needed .
Our driver in Hanoi and to Halong didn’t speak English but was very professional and took good care of us.
Thong on the cruise was fantastic. He was very attentive as well and took such good care of us and everyone . We love the guides humour and professionalism!
And we also loved our guide yesterday Tuing or ‘Tony’. He was so fun & knowledgeable too, patient and kind !
My husband thought I should also mention how much we have been enjoying the food! All the restaurants and meals have been amazing!
Hoi An Cooking Class - We had so much fun in our very rainy but wonderful bike ride to the market and to Lemon Basil. Such a special & fun experience and we learned a lot. Mim was absolutely amazing!
She gave us the courage to keep biking for the rest of the day. We borrowed bikes from the hotel to go the beach (in the rain) and back to the old quarters. The weather actually turned quite nice.
We had another super day. Our guide Dara was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable about the sites we saw as well as Cambodia in general. We learned a lot from him . I’d highly recommend him for other tourists. Less
