The most convenient way to get to Khao San is by Tuk tuks and buses. Tourists should firstly get to Mochit bus station, which is very close to Chatuchak weekend market. Around the Market, there are many bus stops where visitors can take bus No. 512 or No. 3 to Democracy Monument station. From here, walking along the road for about 200 to 300m, tourists will encounter the bustling Khao San road. Bus fare is relatively cheap with only 15 baht. If you wish to travel by Tuk Tuk, remember to bargain otherwise you may have to pay at a pretty high cost.
