Morning
Between 8:00 and 8:15 AM, your private guide will meet you at your hotel to begin a full day of exploring Hue’s rich imperial history.
Start with a scenic boat ride along the Perfume River, offering a relaxing introduction to the city. Your first stop is the iconic Thien Mu Pagoda, known for its seven-story tower and peaceful setting.
Next, visit the impressive Hue Imperial Citadel, once the political and cultural center of Vietnam’s last dynasty. Walk through grand gates, courtyards, and gardens that were once reserved for emperors and royal families.

Continue to the Long An Palace, where you’ll see a collection of royal artifacts offering insight into imperial life. Then, experience the energy of Dong Ba Market, where locals shop for everything from fresh produce to traditional goods.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant featuring Hue’s renowned cuisine.
Afternoon & Evening
In the afternoon, head outside the city to visit two of Hue’s most notable royal tombs. The Tu Duc Tomb is set among tranquil lakes and pine trees, offering a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. In contrast, the Khai Dinh Tomb stands out for its unique blend of Vietnamese and European architectural styles.

In the evening, enjoy a memorable royal-style dinner inspired by dishes once served to emperors - an immersive way to experience the elegance of Hue’s imperial past.

We had such a lovely time in Hoi An — it was the perfect start to our trip. Our time in Cambodia was equally memorable, especially the tour of Angkor Wat, which was absolutely fantastic.

All the hotels were comfortable and well located, making it easy for us to explore the cities. The guides were generally great. A special mention goes to Mr. Wing—he was outstanding, very attentive to our needs, and I highly recommend him. Mr. Soterra was also excellent at Angkor; very knowledgeable with a warm welcome, and the driver there was also very good.
Unfortunately, our experience with Mr. Bach was not as positive, but we hope he becomes more hospitable in the future.
Overall, it was a fantastic trip and I’ll definitely recommend your services to my friends planning to visit Vietnam. Less
