Then, on the 2nd day in the North, you should come to Ninh Binh and explore Hoa Lu - the ancient capital in Dinh and Le dynasties, before making a boat trip down the Tam Coc River. Tam Coc Bich Dong tourist area has a natural area of 350.3 ha. It is located 2 km from National Highway 1A, around 7 km from Ninh Binh City and 9 km from Tam Diep City. Mainly this area is located in Ninh Hai commune (Hoa Lu). Tam Coc Bich Dong tourist area includes many sightseeing routes for yachts, cycling and walking, connecting nearly 20 tourist destinations.
You should depart from the resting place around 8 am, and it will take about 2 hours to drive through rural northern Vietnam. At Hoa Lu, you will visit places where temples dedicated to Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang of Dinh dynasty (968-80) and Le Dai Hanh of the Le dynasty (980-1009). Bich Dong pagoda

But the unique thing about Bich Dong pagoda is that it was built in the style of "Tam" (Chinese language). There are three non-adjacent buildings, and they rely on the mountain from low to high to 3 separate temples: Ha Pagoda, Chua Trung, and Thuong pagoda.
After returning to Hanoi, take a break for a night train to the next destination on the 3rd day of Northern Vietnam. Around 8 pm, you should move to Hanoi train station because the night train from there to Lao Cai will depart at around 9:15 pm.
Day 3: Time to traveling Lao Cai – Road transfer to Sapa – Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van - Sapa
The train will stop in Lao Cai around 5:30 am to 6 am. You should find a place to rest and relax for a while before starting a full day trip in the North of Vietnam.
After taking a break, start your new trip by trekking on a small road to the valley of Y Linh Ho village. It was a small village settled on the Muong Hoa river. The community of H'mong people is also in the vicinity. H'mong is one of the largest ethnic minorities in the Sapa area.

Fansipan is the highest mountain in Vietnam, also the roof of three Indochina countries (Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam). With a height of 3,143 m above sea level, Fansipan belongs to the Hoang Lien Son mountain range, about 9 km from Sapa town to the southwest, adjacent to the provinces of Lao Cai and Lai Chau in Northwestern Vietnam. In the local language, the name Fansipan means a giant stone. Fansipan Peak is a meeting place for climbers and those who like the feeling of touching the sky.
After that, go back to Sapa town. Around 3 pm is the time you should start the ride back to Hanoi.
